I've been watching these threads for a while and not that I'm trying to defend anyone or butt my nose in someone else's business that I have nothing to do with but as far as the Accessport goes, you can expect to get it within the posted shipping times, and Jeff is online on time every session that he has posted on his schedule for the past several months. I'm on my 5th map at the moment, car runs great, and he is quick about getting my submissions done.

I'm not supporting MM, I have no stake in this thread whatsoever, all I'm saying is regardless on what else is going on between various people in this forum and MM, I don't think you will find many people complaining about his calibration services or Accessport delivery times.

All I'm saying is any of his side business and attitude shouldn't reflect your purchase of a accessport, you won't find anyone else who will tune your car for that cost. You can hate his guts, but he does deliver when it comes to the accessport.

Yeah man, you have to put your time in before you tell them to f'off directly or screw them out of a turbo kit after stringing them along over a three year period of ignoring their pleas for an update on their status

Hi Luxluc, did you finally receive your kit, as promised by our friend Jeff?

Don't forget i'm so concerned as Luxluc, i'm in the same shoe!

For those who ask themselves why my action with my lawyer has been failed: we need to contact an american lawyer that may cost me twice the price of the kit so... without the certainty to recover any money or item.

that LuxLuc cannot even get an email reply despite having paid for his kit in full in Nov/2008 is not a joke. It's inexcusable. We went through all this 4+ months ago too, and yet the lack of communication still continues.

How incorrigible does a person have to be to treat a customer, who in good faith submitted full payment 40 months ago, this way after having been ripped up, down, and all around previously for having treated other similar customers the exact same way?

I suppose there is an advantage of either not being held to your word or caught in a lie if you never communicate anything at all ...

Why does this website forum allow people to be vendors on here if stuff like this is going on?
