MM - Undelivered turbo kit
#51
Luxluc, I applaud you for being the most level headed poster in this issue; while others gladly carry your flag to crusade.
You sir, deserve a goodguy thread. I do feel bad for you and hope something can work out.

MazdaManiac had been permanently banned. He would have been previously, but he wasn't in hopes that this situation could be resolved. Then he attained vendor status. That just ended and it was thought that it would now be the appropriate time.
You will find him on other Mazda sites.

Lord knows he was given more than his fair share of patience. The sad part is if he had put half as much effort into resolving the turbo kit situation as he did in prep'ing and tracking his own car it likely would have been resolved a long time ago. These people were always the backburner priority it seems.

I've been watching these threads for a while and not that I'm trying to defend anyone or butt my nose in someone else's business that I have nothing to do with but as far as the Accessport goes, you can expect to get it within the posted shipping times, and Jeff is online on time every session that he has posted on his schedule for the past several months. I'm on my 5th map at the moment, car runs great, and he is quick about getting my submissions done.
I'm not supporting MM, I have no stake in this thread whatsoever, all I'm saying is regardless on what else is going on between various people in this forum and MM, I don't think you will find many people complaining about his calibration services or Accessport delivery times.
All I'm saying is any of his side business and attitude shouldn't reflect your purchase of a accessport, you won't find anyone else who will tune your car for that cost. You can hate his guts, but he does deliver when it comes to the accessport.

So now Jeff is banned... What will happen to those on accessport and calibrations? Wouldnt that cause a halt and disruption to other customers?

Not at all, he never communicated with anyone through the forum anyway, only through email and you were lucky to get an email response. He could care less about customer service, it's only his fault that he's banned and for good reason.

Now you may start feeling what the 2 member involved in this thread have been feeling and complaining about for a long time.....

If that is really the case... I believe that Esmeril too has similar issue of undelivered turbos, not sure if they replied on time but if memory serves, there has been major delays as well...

Operating double standards is the norm here. Too much attention is given to the vox populi.
Anyway as far as european customer are concerned, despite what the agreement is, IB may be held responsible under some circumstances for allowing such vendors to operate on their grounds. I'm sure that the attorneys of the allegedly offended parties know that.
