Really? Then you must have seen all of the great comments made about him being a wonderful seller, and you must have read about over 100 different transactions he had done and people have been satisifyed with. Right? Do you really think he would try to scam somebody, if he is planning on parting out more cars. No, i don't think so. If he was a scammer, he would not have sold over 100 perfectly working parts to people. He was unaware of the bend. He is NOT a scammer, and he will part out more RX8's. and people WILL be satisfied with his parts.

well, 1st ur reputation can be fixed, and i see it many times on these threads.

basically, i did not go into all my research, u may wanna post the original price you charged him at, and what he paid for shipping.

next, since you basically sold him something he did not want, and shipping anything anymore will just make it worst, lets count the 1good rim + 1 below average + 2 bad rim as 2.25 good rims, you should take the original price/4 * 2.25. and refund him the difference.

since he had agreed to paid for shipping of 4 good rims, you should also cover some cost of shipping a bad product. then i am sure ur rep will be clear on the forum.. but i still advice you to get approved before you go on another part buying selling spree .

You brought it upon yourself. You could have 100 positive sales on here..... it only takes one shady deal to squash it. Guess which feedback that will ring into people's ear when they go to buy something off you in the future, 1 of ur positives ones or this one? This guy presented all the evidence of your dialogue with regards to this issue, and it is undeniable that you were in the wrong as a seller. You handled it badly. A simple "Im human, i screwed up, here is half your $ back, throw the bad wheels in the garbage, sorry for the inconvenience, hope you buy more things off me in the future".

Ur rep can be repaired back to 100%. Just make a formal apology right here, right now along with a fair reimbursement. Thats all. Not that you give a rats ***, but i would re-consider buying something off you if i saw such a post. Would speak volumes for your professionalism...and stop being so hostile dog, its not helping you.

A Judge will always tell you "ignorance is not an excuse"

You should have inspected the rims in order to know how to describe them when posting them for sale.

I didnt buy these parts they were from BERG racing on here :D he had parts i had a car so we traded.

His original price= 500 shipped for four rims
Shipping costs- 130
Refunded- 150

His investment- 220 shipped. I think thats even fair for one good rim and a decent rim. So he can scrap the two bad ones, buy two more good rims for the same price and be cheaper than any other set of wheels sold on here.

I understand. Ive made my apology to him already, reimbursed what we agreed on, asked to refund more (didnt want it?), and now im still waiting on an answer what he wants to do.

Its not like im not trying to fix this...

I really don't appreciate you accusing me of being a theif, and a liar. You're neglecting points I've already made just to prove your case.

Here are the facts:

I brought my wheels to wheel collision in bath, pa. they have a website, www.wheelcollision.com

I am going to get the wheels fixed to brand new. They will all be sanded and painted to the tune of $600, out of my own pocket.

But before I get them painted, I need to have then straightened.

So yes, I am getting the wheels fixed to perfect. and no, i'm not asking you to pay anything more than you owe me. In fact, I'm asking less.

That's all I have to say about that.

Note: You never once apologized, and you've insisted that this on your terms at all times. All you've done is insult my character. I mean for ***** sake, you haggled with my refund request. wtf is that about?

i didnt look that closely at the back of the rims, the front of the wheels were not bent that i could see. and you are not a judge...?

Neither. I'm just trying to help him out, because i know he is a great seller.

And for everyone else. When you buy something on ebay, you look at the sellers feedback...correct? Well, say greddy is a seller on ebay. Now his feedback score just went to 99%. He had 100 different sales, and ONE person was not satisfied. And you are saying you would never buy something from him...So you would never buy something from a seller on ebay with 99% feedback? Because i'm pretty sure that most of you would.

Then report me to a mod and have them warn me or ban me.I can think of alot worse things to say than that and it would be ridiculous to ban someone over that comment.

No, he paid $500 total. $400 was for the wheels, $100 was for the shipping cost. It cost greddy $130 to ship, but he only charged him $100.
