Race Roots coming clean....

Goodness. Another vendor downage. I go through phases where I'm on the forum a ton reading up and whatnot, then phases where I rarely log in since I'm not doing anything to my car or over the winter when I'm not driving my car. After one winter I come back and Mazsport Scott is gone. Now this winter I come back and Fluid/RR is gone. I feel this is my fault.

There is no downage. Race Roots is still in business and a forum vendor.
While I would never directly do business with Scott again, whether anyone else chooses to do so is their business, not mine. The overall level of ridiculous BS on this forum never ceases to amaze me. Laying a "bad vendor" thread in their vendor forum and then closing it from retorts rather than deleting is the lamest ***** move I have seen in a long time.
I have nothing but good things to say about Brice/Race Roots the same as with Ray/BHR, Paul/Mazmart, Yuki/JapanParts etc. and have no hesitation continuing our excellent relationship together.

Good to see you guys praising Race Roots service. Meanwhile, a new local member who does not frequent the site much ordered Tein S Tech springs from over a week ago and is now getting the not so common run around and excuses. Not to mention he paid too much for the springs.

Really? If I pay for something and I send email requesting status I expect a response within a day or two, not some BS a few days later that it's not in stock or excuses about a supplier, or a tracking number that shows no movement, blah, blah, blah.
If I pay for something that is in stock, it should ship within a day or two. I have ordered many, many, many things and if it is in stock I usually get in within a week.
But if you guys think more than a week with no movement on the product and lack luster communication is cool then I guess I am a bit too demanding

Yeah he is new the board so he figured since they were a vendor here they were legit. I wasn't able to fill him in until he already made the purchase. It has been 10 days since he purchased I think.
