RR fanboi-ism at its best.

Every time an RR fanboi asks for this thread to be locked/closed i will just keep asking the same question over and over until Brice is actually man enough to answer it.

So, again Brice, why would you issue a tracking number for a product that you don't have on hand or intend to ship with a weeks time.

it has nothing to do with "fanboi" anything, Make a new thread because what you guys are discussion now has nothing to do with topic.

You people need to chill out and stop making this thread into a flame fest for when you got butt hurt over something that didn't go 100% to plan. **** happens and when it does you cancel your order, buy it somewhere else and STFU. That sends more of a message to the vendor than bitching and complaining in a forum somewhere.
I do agree that often one, as a customer, needs to accept the fact that things happen. However, if a business owner wishes for these things to be taken in stride, then they must communicate them effectively with the client (as you have indicated in your post).

Many individuals have had fluid (no pun intended) product purchases from Brice. However, many did not. I, for one, bought twice from Brice (I know, my fault for the 2nd, but I, too, believe that everyone deserves a second chance), and recieved the poorest of poor service each time with no communication throughout the extremely long, painful process. I, as the customer, did my due diligence in alerting the vendor, staying patient, and initiating communication multiple times, but the response was still non-existant or, at best, insufficient.

I don't think that this thread needs to be about good or bad shipping practises, but it was opened to contain a frank conversation about business practises, and communication and honesty are major pieces of any business model. Thus, if an individual has an issue with how their transaction was handled, I see no reason why they should not post. They, too, are entitled to voice their opinion and Brice is fully entitled to respond and possibly diffuse the individual's situation.

Frankly, I hadn't planned to post on the topic but the fact that Fluid/Race Roots/Brice has been labelled innumerable times here-in as a "great reseller" has started to irk me.

*btw, laythor, nothing personal; your commentary here-in has been very good. It was just an easy item to quote.*

calling for a legit thread, where he asked for us to come and ask questions, to be closed is all about being a fanboi

you want it to be closed but yet you keep bumping it bringing back to the top

Keep it open.......open threads often lead to revealing further problems and disclosures. It also alerts those that would go into a relationship blindly that there could be a problem.

Brice is STILL hawking products designed and manufactured by Scott. Coming clean my ***.
https://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php...3&postcount=14

I agree this thread should not be about shipping issues, but rather seriously deceptive, illegal, or otherwise bad business issues.

Anyone who thinks Brice won't continue to work with a criminal (who continues to operate) just to make a buck should wake up. As soon as this falls more under the radar and RR thinks he can turn a better profit by working with him again, we have every reason to think he will. This whole situation is laughable at this point, and we all know the rotary community will be hurt again, and there will be plenty more "I told you so's". Buyer beware.

Because he has not been screwed over so he thinks things are great. Meanwhile our local member who spent his hard earned money still doesn't have his product even though he paid two weeks ago. I didn't realize Tein S Tech's were so rare.

Actually Jeff aka Invasion was burned by Mazsport and I was helping him get into contact with him to get some closure unfortunately it didnt get very far. Jeff has been actually one of the people who I directly affected by lying to him. Jeff has ordered stuff from me before and will continue to do so. He knows that when he needs something in the future that I will be sure to cut him a break.

The only reason I can think of him wanting it closed is pouring salt on the wound. I really don't know he would have to post for himself.

and Once again you are posting feedback in the wrong thread, the other thing that gets me is you are not even the customer with the issue you are just throwing gasoline on a fire just because.

Damn that herpes!

Oh, and I installed a set of S Techs on a local members 40th on Saturday. He bought them on Ebay and received them in less than a week from California. Our other member is still waiting on his S techs from Race Roots after more than two weeks.

One more page of the drama and I think it qualifies for a daytime soap opera. BTW Scott tried to screw me out of money and a promised dyno day to try his product after Jason's engine sprung a crack from the Mazsport Ignition Solution. You screw up a guy's engine and know you did so and yet one still wants to make a buck by doing it to someone else's engine.

Brice, it takes a lot for one to come clean about a situation you were in. I think highly of that but the past will never go away, the page just gets turned. Some people just like reading the book more than once. Happy motoring to all.
