You keep ignoring my efforts to establish contact with you and you keep posting how such a bad buy I am for not noticing the tabs were missing before offering these for sale, than actually resolve this with me.

Why is it so hard for you to understand that I didn't notice the tabs were missing before listing this item in the FS section. Do you actually think I intended to sell this taillight to anyone that wasn't completely functional?

As posted twice before, I've said that I could send you out a replacement, but you seem like you'd rather try and pump yourself up as a victim and I totally intended on trying to screw you.

It's been long established that I would work this out with you, but you don't seem interested in doing anything else but to **** me off with your continual ignorance in solving the matter.

If you wanted to resolve this, perhaps you would communitcate with me rather than make demands on your own.

If you're too lazy or indifferent to pick up the phone and speak with me, communicate via emai, or PM, then that shows your true colors.

So.. you wanted me to pay you for half of the 29.00 you said it cost you to send the taillights back to me, is that correct? Let's think about that for a second.

How does it cost you 29.00 when it cost me 14.40 to ship these to you with delivery confirmation? You can even reuse the box and packing material.

It's things like this that show me that you are a bad buyer.

I believe that since I made it public that you were trying to swindle me by rescinding your payment without contacting me (and still haven't for that matter), you have tried your best to paint yourself as the good guy/victim and me as the perpetrator who thought this whole thing up just so that we can all waste our time bantering back and forth over 59.00, a taillight, and our reputations. Wow. That must be it. It was soooo worth it for 59.00. Gosh, you're such a smart fella aren't ya? And yes, that was meant to be condescending since you've been that way towards me throughout this entire endeavor.

1. followed the rules as a seller according to paypal

2. made numerous attempts to resolve this with Riken

3. called paypal to refund his money BEFORE he sent the tail light back

4. brought it to everyone's attention that he tried to swindle me and has posting derogatory remarks since not cooperating with me or paypal

So how is it that EVERY other member here at 8 club has received what I've sold them just as described with no problems. Explain that please and how you would base one person's rant to justify why I shouldn't sell anything to anyone here.

LOL, then you've paid way more than you're supposed to. Had you contacted me EVEN ONCE, I could have arranged to:

1. pay for the return shipping

2. send you an exchange

3. avoid having to think that you're trying to not pay for an item that you've received; having thought that you were a bad buyer; having to waste your and my time with these threads.

Your complacency.. your loss now, since you've been nothing but a jerk, and I am within my right to inspect the taillight sent to you upon it's return. Is such a terrible thing to ask for?

It's plain to see that you used USPS.. the EXACT same shipping service that I used to send the tail light to you.

Please explain how is it that you're spending more than TWICE as much to send the exact same item back to me from the address it was sent to?

No I didn’t call. I honestly didn’t notice his cell # on his pm sig after the fact. I tried to PM him 3 minutes after I opened the box and notice the item was broken. I also posted in a thread he has that his inbox was full. So I started thinking, inbox full, wont reply on thread that he is going to clean inbox, so I took it to the forums instead of doing anything else. And since things gotten so out of hand like he stating I might have broken it when it was already broken before he shipped it and he wanted to inspect the taillight before giving me a refund that he didnt inspect before shipping. Thats why I want to keep it our communication in this thread. I just want my money back. Its been more than 24 hours that he has received the taillight and no word from him, and he was logged in the forum today at 5pm and didnt update me. I know he stated on other threads that he does work and does not have much time and so on. So im just waiting for him. I know he will do what a good seller should do.

Riken, I feel for you and him both, **** seeems to go wrong sometimes and just explodes out of control.
I hope for the good of everyone that this is put to bed and everybody will find no fault in the end.

No. I simply reacted to:

1. your premature action of rescinding your payment w/o contacting me,

2. your inaction to resolve the matter with me,

3. and your attempts to discredit me with your comments.

It seems now it's clear why you were so worried about me inspecting the taillights upon returning them to me.

Don't worry - I called Paypal (I spend 38 minutes with Latisha in resolutions) returns the amount you paid for the taillight to your paypal account, minus a fair amount to compensate for the damage you've added to the taillight I sent you.

Based on your behavior, I already had some suspicions, but now it's clear to me why you wanted a full refund BEFORE sending the taillight back:

It's interesting that you've suddenly deleted/removed the link to your photobucket pic of the receipt supposedly showing you paying $29 to ship the taillight back to me, but not before you've attempted to make yourself out to be the "good guy", but all the while you were attempting to get me to pay for half of something you lied about.

It appeared that the amount over 16.50 was used to pay for something like postage stamps at the post office. The fact that you tried to fraudulently collect for something not due to you is an outright attempt to cheat and lie.

You have been quoted that you want this over with, and so do I, but you and I seem to have different motivations why. I was simply trying to either:

1. receive funds for the item sent to you

or

2. receive the item back in the same condition it was sent to you


I have notified paypal that you have returned the item I sent to you, however, with more scratches on the outer lens than when it was sent to you. Just because you think this taillight is worthless, doesn't mean you can treat it that way, especially when you aren't paying for it. I've already explained in two different posts that the taillight is not worthless to me, so I expected it to be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. That is not something unreasonable to ask for.

You've lied about speaking to Paypal, as they have no record of you calling them.

You've lied about saying that I told them that you were the seller and I was the buyer.

You've lied about the postage cost, and have since attempted to cover that up.


Upon numerous attempts to resolve this with you through, Paypal has released the funds of 59.00 back into my wife's paypal account, however, you and I need to discuss the matter of the additional scratches on the outer lens in order incurred since being in your possession for a fair amount to be settled upon to be refunded to you. Paypal has reiterated again today, that you must contact me in order to resolve the dispute you had originally made with paypal.

Upon resolution, I will leave it up to the moderators/admin to decide whether or not to delete this thread, as if it were left up to me, I would leave it as a record of not only how difficult it has been dealing with Riken on such a simple matter, but a record of him lying about postage and lying about speaking with Paypal, in an what I see as an attempt to discredit me for bringing to light the rescinding of payment and posting of rude comments without contacting me for resolution.

Riken, it really shouldn't be that hard to pick up the phone, send a PM, or email. I have grown weary of relaying this very same info to you over and over, only for you to not read what I post, and ignore my attempts to resolve this easily solvable matter, so this will be the last time I will ask you to contact me on this matter. I urge you to contact me via PM, email, or by phone so that this matter can be resolved.
