dude, you're wrong about the postage

On the day that Riken posted the receipt, I was curious as to if it really came out to 29... so I checked USPS and what do you know, with the zip codes provided, weight, dimensions of the box, and PRIORITY MAIL... it came out EXACTLY $29. so you are WRONG on that detail. I can't believe you would even accuse anyone of forging a receipt without further investigating.

Furthermore... I remember distinctly that Riken supplied 13 or so dollars IN HIS OWN POSTAGE. That means, that 16.50 was collected ON TOP of his own postage.... making the total still an even $29.00

Heres a picture for reference:

The lenses are more scratched up? Firstly, you didn't even notice BROKEN tabs and you expect anyone to believe you even inspected the lights? ridiculous. It's useless as it is anyways, I can't imagine some scratches making useless lights even more useless.

I hope this thread ISNT deleted, because as it stands, it's clear who is at fault here.

and normally, I hate getting involved in these things, but this is just so stupid

OMG some one please help this guy.

Ill go slow this time.
Look at pic #1
http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k2...acer5/rec1.jpg
I used a postage that I purchased earlier that day while I was in the post office getting stamps. At lunch I went and shipped your taillight. I used the usps label that cost me $13.15 then used my bank card to pay the rest which was $16.50.
So if you look at the total it was $29 to ship the taillight.

One more time. I spent a total of $29 to ship your taillight as stated in the usps receipt.

If you still dont understand ask a friend to explain it to you.

Now you said I scrached your taillight.
Lets go to the pics shall we.

Your pic from your thread.
http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...6/GEDC0197.jpg

Now my pic that I took before shipping it to you. I had this taillight out of the box a total of less than 2 minutes.

http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k2...MAGE_015-1.jpg
Now can you take a pic of the taillight showing us the damadge I did to the taillight in that 2 minutes?

Don't casually ask him to take a pic of the "scratched" taillight...DEMAND it. We need proof and I demand you supply pictures of that taillight rx8evo.

you need to "report" the post in question. That'll get a mod's attention. That's how zoom44 got involved the other night.

Click on the red outlined triangle below the posters name/avatar in the post you believe violates forum rules.

wow,

this is what gets me. someone sent someone else stuff that was not going to work..

that is the point.. whoever sent the stuff posted picks, the choice is they were selling crap they had not put on a car, or they were selling crap they knew that would not fit..

the seller claimed it worked fine before shipping.. yet the photos tell all, it is not possible..

hey, but what do i know..

buyer should get all monies back including shipping both ways..

seller should beg to sell on this forum again..

not hard..

beers

rx8evo you did it wrong... first you sell a broken item and your costumer give u complaint.. you should return the money. riken have pictures and a ticket of the post office that are not fraudulent ... if the mods let you sell again it will be a miracle

Guys, it is really not up to us to fix this- I really don't see any maliciousness on either side, just a lot of misunderstandings compacted by the fact it's all being posted in the open and any random person who happens by gets to pass judgement and take sides. You guys might want to take this to pms, or emails and paypal, as I'm not sure you're going to get this resolved in any way that makes either of you happy by continuing to post here.

Riken elara is right- you both are out of control over this and the public discourse is only exacerbating the situation.

i deleted your rebuttal to her so will just pretend you didnt argue with an Admin

What Im doing wrong? This guy will not return my emails or pms. You already told him to clean out his inbox and he has not done so. He needs to refund me asap. So mods will allows a seller like him here? Is he going to be allowed to sell here again?

Zoom if you see his reaction on a public thread imagine in close comm......Thats why I kept it here and I also tried to contact him via pm email and cell. No answer and no refund. Forums rules apply here since this guy is scamming me out of my money dont you think?

Albert Einstein once said, "Make things as simple as possible, never simpler"

Seller sent a broken part
Buyer paid for it and paid to ship it back
Seller should refund all money and call it a day.

The claim that it is now scratched is irrelevant because the part is broken and can never ever be installed on an RX-8.
If I sold someone a broken part, I would apologize profusely, refund them their money, and that would be that. This has been over analyzed, over simplified, and has gotten compltely out of hand.

Common sense and good customer service needs to prevail here.

Well said Jedi, thats my point from the start. Very very simple. Im not sure how much proof I need to post. And how the mods are saying this is a whole lot of misunderstandings. Only one person is not understanding this and its evo.
