I just want to ask that everyone involved keep this issue off of the Azmazdaclub.com website. The transaction that occured here has no reason being dragged over to our website.

RX8evo has stated he's communicated with AZMC members about this transaction. If those AZMC members wish to contact either party they will do so via PM or by posting here on RX8club.

If a refund is in fact pending, I'm glad to see that this is finally being resolved.

As for the BAD guy thread on Riken; I think it's a bit of a stretch. IMO

Well said, Jedi.

I also do not believe a Bad Guy Riken thread would last any longer than the time it would take one of the moderators to review it.

It's good to see this finally getting resolved... assuming rx8evo doesn't refund a penny less than the negotiated price. If it wasn't for PayPal policy, if I was Riken I'd insist on the return shipping fee but having been down this path myself know he doesn't have a case given PPs pro-seller policies.

IN MY OPINION: the bottom line is, nobodys ever gonna figure out who did what wrong so its between these two guys. to be perfectly honest, i wouldnt do business with either of them just because of this shitstorm thats been created and has involved people who really have no clue who was really in the wrong

nvrfalter is exactly correct. riken your just as much at fault for blowing this way out of proportion as evo is for prolonging it.

your not going to get the refund you think riken and you guys are going to end up in court over it. this thread and all others on it i ever see IS CLOSED
