Arrow Worst Service EVER: MazdaManiac

Ordered a turbo in March (2008) and still have not received it.

"Waiting for small parts" - April
"Will be sent next week" - July
"Korean scammers suck" - August

The situation, by October has devolved into just silence.......

Enough is enough.

Sorry to hear Stealth, i remember when we had talked about this a couple months back.

Did you actually send money out? If so i assume you'll be refunded?

I think we can all agree that MM has a history of not being the quickest to deal with(though much of that is our fault not his(AP service)). But i do not know of any legit cases where he's ever done any real harm or ripped anyone off.

If your patience is just up, i can totally understand that. I do think and hope that as BHR developes, grows, and organizes things will get better.

Oh, this reminds me, in the next month or two i have some hardware to try and aquire through MM, luckily i'm not in need of it for a few months :P

I think this is a good opportunity to understand the difference between boutique shops and megaoutlets. You want semicustom wheels, you are going to wait. Weeks or months. You want off the shelf from TireRack, you will have them tomorrow.

There is NO WAY Jeff (or at least one other vendor I can think of) deserves a designation of SCAMMER. He is a small opperation doing what he can to satisfy demand.

This is not to you Stealth, but to everyone out there. GET OVER YOURSELVES. You have NO idea. Expect delays for quality and unquiness. This aint WalMart.

I have LOTS more to say, but for specifics, that aint my buisness.

No scam....

Nobody said scammer, and I am sure that if I demanded a refund I would get it.

I don't want a refund, I just want the snail I've been promised for seven months......

I was told the turbo would take a few months to acquire and assemble. So a few months is not a big deal, as it was expected.

It's not Jeff's day job is it?

I thought the AP flashes and turbo upgrade was a help the community out type of endeavor.

And he's had problems sourcing the turbos forever.

The more I'm around this forum the more work I see that's involved in getting custom parts built. As more parts need to be sourced the problems grow exponentially.

Also some companies don't want to build something for you unless you buy in quantities of greater than a 1,000.

They did. vvvv As for the agenda thread...i thought you meant for the actual turbo kits, not an upgrade for existing greddy turbo users

You're a mod, BAN HIM. JK, hope you get your snail soon! I am positive MM's intentions aren't like that of the other guy we've all been talking about lately.

Hmmm bugger, so that is why MM was so bitter about "eBay turboes" got burned from his wholesaler.

Good to hear he is fixing the issue.

Sorry to hear about the burn MazdaManiac.

What the hell are you talking about? What do "e-bay turbos" have to do with me?
I only use real Garrett turbos directly from Honeywell.
