It is a little hard to get him to tune in person when you dont live in the states.
Right now I have had my AP for more than 2 months, I have the MM upgrade in my garage sitting unable to be installed for 2 reasons: 1. I cant get Jeff to answer my emails on how much $$ I need to send him for injector upgrade, 2. I cant get Jeff to answer me and send me a new tune.
I just really wish he was a bit more communicative. I do respect him because he is a great tuner but I just wish I could at least talk to him on the phone to get things straightened out. It would take less than 10 min on the phone to get everything talked about. I wish I can fix this all soon because right now I spent a lot of money and Im still not seeing any results.

Yeah that is something that has me worried to. I mean I WANT to BUY something from him and even then I get no response.
What bothers me even more is that I talked to Charles about this who is a GREAT person by the way. And he talked to Jeff for me a little and Jeff even told me I didnt need another map for the AEM CAI with my turbo kit when we all know that a diff calibration is needed.
Its sad.

We only needed a different map for the greddy intake because the maf housing size was different.

Well, this will be my last post for this thread. My initial request for maps was on Sep 10th, recontacted on Sep 22nd, Sep 23rd, and again this month. I got the base FI maps from Jeff today, November 11th. 60+ days for my first updated tune. I am very happy to have received the tune however, and as I sent in my email to Jeff... I understand completely how miserable it must be trying to manage his many customers when it isn't his full-time job etc. I have offered to try and help out so that the process is smoother for everyone and MazdaManiac will be around helping out for a long time to come.

You even told me that. Remember I installed it when I recieved it and the AFR's at idle went completely haywire because the map was not ready for that maf size.

Jeff,
If you're reading this...I see that you have answered several questions here on the forum in the past few days. I haven't seen you answer any questions from those of us waiting on tunes. When can we expect a resolution (map being sent) to those of us STILL waiting?...
waiting 85+ days and counting...

Yeah at first I was super happy because he answered his emails fast and hell he even helped me when I was instally my gauges and was super fast about it. I even sent him pictues and he took the time to show me in my pictures where I had to do stuff. So he really was amazingly helpful. Now I cant get him to contact me at all from any of his emails.
I am very anxious I want to have my car working properly and be able to install the MM upgrade i have there just lying around.

GReddy sales, customer service, R&D and operation will continue to conduct business as usual, through this process. The flow of inventory and new products will continue and will not be affected. Normal GReddy operating hours will remain as before.
This reorganization change is result of last month's Minji-Saisei-Hou filing of GReddy's parent company TRUST Co. LTD. in Japan. Although TRUST has now returned to production, and GReddy Performance Products has maintained normal business practices, the recent extreme downturn in the world's banking market has made this option the best prospect for continued operation and expansion of the GReddy brand.
