Actually Greddy and Trust are the same company and Japan declared chapter 11 first and because they owe millions to other companies the US declared chapter 11 so that the creditors would not come after them here in the states. Greddy/Trust Japan was not profitable but the US was profitable but not enough to pay the bill Japan had. So it is true that they are not closed they are in chapter 11 for reorganization but it is going to be very difficult for them to provide product because no one is going to give them credit or product while they are in chapter 11.
