The blue ones are almost purple in color. Not as blue as the RotaryFX blue, but not purple like a blacklight led. Still have a nice purplish tint to them.
Also, hey Shaz, what size leds are in these lights? I forgot to check the size before I got them put in the mirrors.

so are these lights on WHILE driving? or just at startup/door unlock? and if on while driving is it legal? Also, do i need any wiring/electrical experience to install or is it pretty simple? I'm good at following directions as long as they are explicit and precise on what I need to do. just gathering info before i purchase thanks!

I, too, was really hesitant about taking apart my new car. No prior experience here. I was even going to hire someone to install it for me. Then one guy on our local forum said that "I should get to know my car better by installing it myself." So I went for it and I'm glad I got the extra push to do it myself. Now, I can take apart the door panel with confidence if the need arises. It wouldn't be as cool if someone else did it for you. It's the pride and satisfaction of doing the install yourself. So if I can do it, you can do it also!

Shaz, I was one of the first to get the lights but I am just now putting them in.
Wanted to let you know that the passenger side puddle had no weather striping around edge.
No biggie I had some laying around.
Are the puddle housings supposed to fit that tightly around the motor?
I can barley get the screw eyelet back to the screw hole. Is there a trick to this.
When I started to run the wires I realized that the Butt connectors were not going to fit down the center of the pivot. That's a lot of wire to bundle up inside the mirror housing. I re-cut the length to allow very little extra inside the housing. It has enough to allow mirror to pivot.
Other than that the instructions are very detailed and work well. Working with cold plastic parts always poses problems. Hair dryer to warm up parts helps or wait for spring.

PM'ed essmac13.
For the lights, yes, they're supposed to fit tight because there's not much space to work with in that little area. It's pretty much putting the long end into the tab, slide it into place, push down a bit and screw the philips screw in to hold the puddle light assembly in place.
As far as this GB goes, it'll be around for awhile.

depending on your local statutes, you may be able to get away with the white ones, however, red and blue will get you nailed for impersonating an emergency vehicle. Had this happen to me in Virginia when I had neon tubes sitting under my rear plastic panels in my old eclipse. cop pulled me over for that. Told him I couldn't even see them in the car and I was amazed he could see the light through the tint at twilight. What a dick...
