installation complete and they are AWESOME!!! you are now not allowed to make any additional greens so that mine are completely unique. i'm uploading pictures from my camera now and will attach to this post when complete. i was just so psyched about having them on and working that i had to come on and say a big thank you to RR!
EDIT: adding pictures (i know i need to vacuum the carpets and could have at least shaken them out but i didn't notice it until i uploaded the pics)

actually, you're wrong. you both paid extra. The green leds I used on ctrx8 kit were ordered from a personal project of mine that I gave up on.

second, you got blue/green, that will yield a completely different result than all green. So, you'll both have unique setups.

After about 1hr of troubleshooting I finally got it installed. The drive side LED set would not turn on! I was thinking that somehow I had screwed up the crimps but I noticed that when I touched the LED board it would flash on then off. After pulling back the electrical tape on rotery rasp's LED board I found the problem. One of the soldered wires had detached and was tapping the LED when the board was moved around. After a 5 minute solder job I had it up and running, had me worried for a minute but it looks nice now I will post pictures this weekend.

i believe changing the guage color is a pretty complex project if i remember reading some people wanting a DIY. that and i'm not all that handy so i doubt it's something i'll take on but i'm really digging the green with my NG and that thought process might change after a little bit.

Oh yeah.......................check this:
https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-interior-audio-electronics-24/im-so-blue-117007/
After that thread then do a search on threads started by "Lurch519". if the link above doesn't have the guages, one of his other threads does.
I've been think of doing this over the past year.......it's no small project, but I like it!
