lol....Come on Bullitt...You have to agree that the whole thing was pretty stupid...I can understand if he was just asking for advice, or some help to search...But he straight up said, "I don't have time, and it needs to have this, this, this, this, this....Oh...and this..."...What a crybaby.
Plus, I wasn't starting an argument...He's the one who called me a dick...lol

lol...He started complaining to the moderator even though I only had 2 posts...None of which were any name calling...Although, I admit there was 1 or 2 smartass comments (basically me translating what he said in my own words)...Anywho...I went ahead and deleted my posts instead of having them deleted for me.
It was just a new guy posting in the WTB forum looking for an 8...But he said he didn't have time to search, so he just wanted people to come to him instead...Then he started naming every little thing it "had" to have...You basically just had to read it yourself...It was funny...Poor guy got his feelings hurt, then called me a dick...I told him I would prefer being called a bitch because I was a chick, then he complained to the moderator...lol...sheesh.

I know a shinka that a co worker is selling, want me to see if she sold it yet or not? No real mods only work that has been done I did for her. Oil cooler screens, clear corners, tires are 245/40 michelin pilot sport a/s plus, two new tire sensors, replaced thermostat (old one locked out), new coolant lines, new starter, and I put in new coils/plugs/wires per her request about 6 months ago. Stainless steel clutch cable, stainless steel brake lines, and a new clutch was put in. It was her first standard and she burned the old one out. It ws replaced with an Exedy HD Clutch, nothing special or fancy stock with an HD throwout bearing. I know she was looking to sell it because she has a daily beater and was talking about either getting a 2011, or an rx9. She never had any real intersts in mods, just a couple of maintenance things that needed replaced.
If your intersted I will ask her if its been sold yet or not. I know she wants a reasonable price for it, but last time I worked on it, it was around 60K miles on an 06 Shinka Copper Red.

Sorry guys, I'm a little late in responding-
Doc, thanks for offering, I may be more interested next week but I'm very seriously looking at/talking to one guy in particular with only 40k miles on his-if that falls through, all the others I'm interested in are around 60k miles as well so can't hurt to look into the Shinka a bit more. I'll keep that in mind.
You guys have fun, be safe, drive hard. And eat lots of Tacos with extra Taco sauce for me I STILL cant quite remember the entire story behind that joke, Creto. Too bad.

I don't know of any gun shows that you can actually conceal carry a loaded weapon in. At least, not in Texas. You have to check them all at the door and they'll throw a zip tie in it.

I have 5 parts (i think) I uploaded the end section from when we turned around until we stopped at the truck stop. The network connection is so deathly slow it took 2 hrs to upload a 15 minute video. It'll be a while until I get it all uploaded. I uploaded it to theTexas8 ftp site, not sure if Thomas is going to put it on the ntxrotary.com site or not though.

While seperate "sties" TheTexas8 and NTXRotary are basically one in the same site for storage purposes. They are both on the same server, so while you can upload /download to the site with creds from one or the other, moving stuff around is as simple as moving files from one folder to another on your pc.
I will leave the files Adam uploads in the FTP directory until he gets them all up there, but in order to create links for people to click on, I'm going to have to move them out of that directory.

Ha, my worst turn didn't look bad on the video. (referring to the corner where there was the big white truck coming the other way).
Thanks for posting.
Oh, and loved the bug splatter you picked up around 6:30, lol.
