alright well im not sure if any of you have heard of rice killers or not, but ive been thinking about making a car club to compete with them that is mainly consisted of imports. Me and my friend jave the software to be able to create an onlie forum so we r startin to set that up. Just wanted to see if any of you would be interested and maybe help us come up with a name. We will compete as individuals and as club in shows such as HIN. and i am going to work on getting spopnsors once we r up and going. please feel free to put insome input!! You are also welcome to e-mail me @ stormhaker12@tx.rr.com

Thanks.

Individual region car clubs are lame. Let them be dumb and involve only domestics in their group. Let them be the narrow minded ones.

Why dont you do what will make you superior to their likes, why dont you start a car club for everybody and not be bias. There is too much hating in the world today.

Ricekiller is NOT exclusive to domestics. There are all kinds of members there including imports, Japanese as well as European. I am not a member or anything but i do at least know that much. They are pretty much like the rest of us, they are anti "ricers", NOT anti import. Ricer meaning that *** that drives around in the 96 Accord with the fart can, or that douche driving the stock 350Z with a park bench GT style spoiler, stick-on fender vents and decals all over his car (who is clearly not sponsored). You know the type.

Not crappin on ur idea cshakes, but just wanted to clarify re: ricekiller. I would def check out your site once up n running. Just keep us in the know, later.

oh i know what u mean jones. ive been to some of their meets and what not. and like they allow imports and all that. but the only ones (when i was there, i could be wrong) that they really liked where the sti's and evos. i took my 8 up there and people kinda gave me the wtf is he doing with that thing here. but that was oinly some of them. others were like awesome car man and all that. i just wanted to start up my own club to have people who just love cars to talk and get together and what not ya know?

i just gotta do the toughest part and think of a name haha

and i do not have anything against ricekillers so all of you know. i do go on their forum every once in a while.

im perfectly happy with just our bi-weeekly meets at BJ's. I dont necesarily want to hang around with people with all sorts of other cars. Granted some are nice, but as word gets around we'll end up with more and more douche bags. rotaries only if anything. the other guys just dont seem to get it.

On the subject of sponsors, go for it.

That response (at the meet) doesnt surprise me much. Though that site has many import members, they are ALL about power #'s and straight line speed; they can be close minded, especially w/ regards to the 8. Is to be expected.

Dont want to burst any bubbles but i will have to agree with others in saying we should prob just stick together. I love all cars as well, and dont discriminate based on import, domestic or whatever...but the 8 is misunderstood by 95% of the so called "car lovers" out there and due to that fact is not "accepted" and doesnt recieve the respect it deserves in ANY genre IMO. Even in the import world the 8 is a bit of an outcast. Only those who have driven and/or own one can appreciate it for what it is.

Rice killers is lame period.

They have some nice rides there along with the 17 year olds running around and the beaners in their POS beat up Mustang with dumps revving all over the place.
