I'm at Ft. Sam Houston... just did an alarm install today at Custom Sounds... a lot of locals like to gasp and gawk at the car. Congrats on the purchase!

Bring the 8's out to the autocross on Sunday at the Alamodome. They are going to have a really fun course set up. Go to www.conehunter.com for details.

I saw you drive off today, sorry I didn't get to meet you. About five people came up to me to say an RX-8 was in the adjacent parking lot! Glad you met Ed and took a ride with him. He is an amazing driver with excellent car control.
I was driving the sideways 85 RX-7 today. Come introduce yourself next time if I don't track you down.
For those who didn't come, it was a really long very fun course. Come out and enjoy your car.... it was built to have fun in!

Sorry I missed you too. Funny you should mention Ed - I was talking to him for about ten minutes and thinking to myself that he sure looked like Ed Harlowe, a guy I worked with at SwRI once. Then someone called him Ed and I knew for sure. He was hiding behind those shades! We had a great time talking and you are absolutely right about his driving skills - I rode with him once and was extremely impressed. My son also rode with him. I also rode with Bret Sadler (he's a coworker of mine). I'll probably be out there again, so maybe we'll have a chance to meet.

Ed is a nice guy. He's a mild mannered tech guy but a monster behind the wheel!
The next autocross will be Sept 21 at the Alamodome. It might be the last one of the year so don't miss it. You should really come to run, but if you want to spectate once before participating, at least get a ride with one of the good drivers and you will be amazed.
Just think if Ed was driving a car with 50% more power and 100% more chassis (RX-8)!

Hey everybody! I'm picking mine up tomorrow (put a deposit down to hold it while they check out the A/C) from World Car in New Braunfels. I live in Schertz. BTW: I spoke w/ a guy @ the BX on Randolph Fri. I was wondering if you're on here?

Anyone else? I saw a yellow one driving around yesterday on the 10 headed to the 1604...

Hey, maybe we could get a group rate on the tint... I talked w/ a guy @ the dealership & he recommended going to Alamo Auto Sound & Security. Have any of you heard anything about this place?

i got mine 12/04 love all the complments about the car, hell love the car period. im in san antonio, as a matter o fact i live right off of Tezel also.
Blue sport package. hope to see yall around. i got a decal on my front windshiled that says Team Intrigue (my Car club). and as for getting tint im down for getting as a group. ill check around also to see if i can get any good deals for groups also spdsappy
