Any San Antonio members have got the latest reflash, and where?IPAC has BAD service
I took my car to IPAC @ 410 and culebra that's where i bought my car. Well I took the car for the recall and other issues (like the a/c, milky stuff on dip stick when checking oil and to get new oil dip stick and hopping I would get the latest reflash) i bought my car in 9/11/2003 so is one of the 1st one that came out. my latest flash is m from a year ago...
when i get to the dealership I tell the mechanic what my concern are and why im bringing the car, he try to tell me that I didnt know what I was talking about, is not the 1st time so I was ready I print out the service bulletins, he says oh this ok go ahead and leave your car we would take care of it. I get and ugly sentra that waste more gas than the 8." i have to go to work m to f so I had to go @ 7am when they open or else they wont take the car in the afternoon or weekends. they dont want to pay for rental."
i got my car back in the afternoon and as i presume no pcm reflash no new dipstick, I have 20" wheels aftermarket and my sensor light was on so they didnt even check my tire pressure when my tire pressure light is on.
to whom may i complaint?
and does any one has bad experience with this dealership. or to what dealership do u all go to...

Go to North Park Mazda and only let Jay Finnegan deal with you and your car. Super nice guy, knows a lot about cars and won't lie to you about anything. Just tell him your problems and he will take care of everything. I know IPAC to North Park is a good distance, but I think you won't mind in the end. Just set aside about 15 extra minutes cause he loves to talk lol. Tell him his favorite poorly painted VR 8 owner said to drop in.
As for complaining, I called Mazda USA and wasn't very happy with what I heard.

I just got home from buying my NC fron IPAC, I can not say enough good things about how my salesman, Juan Leon, treated me. The car was detailed correctly and all the plastic was left on the car as I requested. Since I bought the car on the phone and flew in to pick it up (Mr Leon picked me up at the airport) everything was handled just like it was agreed upon. No suprises. The buying experience was very easy.
There is a reason why he has all the salesman of the month awards in the cubicle.

I don’t post often but when I do I try to make it count. I bought my car from IPAC from Juan Leon. I have to say he was the best person I have ever bought a car from. The service area is just crap. I brought my car in for a recent recall and I wanted them to take car of my rusty rotors and squeaky breaks. Well I had to pay 70$ for them to even look at my breaks. The rotors he said that they could do nothing about. He told me to take a look at any of there others cars and I would see they all had rusty rotors. To add insult to injury the breaks still squeal. I took the car over to Northpark about a week ago. I told them my issues and they said they would have a look at it before there was any mention of price. Long story short I got my car back the same day my breaks make no noise and I have bright shiny new clean rotors. Maybe they just gave me the extra attention because I had such a bad experience with IPAC, but I think I will go to Northpark from now on.

Ola!!! I miss San Antonio (we had to move in August last year). We always dealt with World Car while we were there, particularly because of Danny Davila in Sales, but no complaints about the Service Department. But the Miata Club is sponsored by North Park, and most members swear by NP fdor parts and service.
Service sucks in Gulfport. The local VW dealer lost his Mazda franchise, and now a Ford dealer is (supposedly) getting one. I miss SA.
