Since I'm getting married at the end of April, it's only natural that I have some form of bachelor party. However I don't want to do the traditional get drunk and lose money to strippers routine. I'm over that. In fact adult entertainment isn't even on the cards. What is however is a weekend trip with some friends to Austin. Basically just a little weekend getaway where we can all hang out and pretty much just pub crawl and bar hop for the weekend. I'd love to find indoor karting but sadly I see that RPM closed down. Anyways, it's a light hearted fun weekend and anyone in the Austin area who'd love to hang out with us that weekend is more than welcome to. Brillo (Alan) is actually organizing it all so he knows more about the little details.

Iron Rock closed down at the end of last October. As far as I know,
there are no karts in Austin anymore...

So did anybody set a time or place? I will be in town for the Texas Relays in the BB 8, just wondering if there are any plans yet?

 

All I know is that we're heading into Austin sometime mid day Friday. We'll probably hit up North By Northwest for dinner and then head over to Draught House for some beer. Saturday we may go ride the train in Cedar Park. It's a nice ride. In the afternoon who knows what we'll be doing? Maybe some BBQ. 6th street that night.
