It is only a matter of time before these guys will be hitting up the RX-8 group for work.

I was going to mention that a few days ago. Vick was really screwed. Just look at the pictures. I almost took my RX-8 to RPP (suggested by T04Needy), but after reading this, I'm starting to lose faith in local rotary performance shops.

Holy crap I just read that whole thread and most of it's links to other related threads. I feel sorry for those guys/gals, and wouldn't touch that place of business with a 20' pole.

I was talking to an RX-7 owner in Destin, Fl. They have had problems with a rotary specialty shop there. They took to marking their parts with nail polish before taking them into the shop. It's pretty sad considering there aren't many places to go for rotory engines.

Of course it was suggested by him. He's part of them. RPP is not a shop. It is a guy's garage.

I read they aren't even registered as a legitimate business, or something to that magnitude? Any truth to this?

It's not even a garage!!!

Yeah I knew they were the ones. It reminds me of when Victor got ripped off by a different small "company". You guys need to stop taking your cars to places that aren't even shops and just drive the distance to Dallas to RP.

Holy hell! I've seen dog houses better than that.

Is that Vick's red FD in the picture? I can't believe someone would leave those RX-7's sitting out there, in the open.

FWIW, there is a legitimate shop about 20 feet to the right of this shack... This is where I was originally told that he was going to be working... rather than religated to this little shed. Anyhow that was nearly 3 years ago.. you'd have thought he would have upgraded by now considering all the "wonderful" work he is doing
