Best houston shop

heard from other forums, mostly g35's, all had nothing but good things to say. customer service, quality of work, etc...

small family owned place, and they work on EVERYTHING and do almost everything. in the shop i saw, i believe, a model "a". Yes. thats a 1930's ford. with a chevy block in it. so they do custom work, fabricate and everything. i believe the only things they dont do are paint, and body work.

my experience: i needed an alignment and shopped around, prices were anywhere from 70-150 dollars, for an alignment to stock settings. their price, 69 dollars, tax included. i drive and rx8, with powder coated rims, and quality and care is a must for me, and thats what they gave me. took their time to give extra care to rims, and being a car enthusiast, i knew what i wanted for alignment settings, and they nailed it, down to the very .01 degree.

i will be going to them every time for anything involving my suspension, but like i said, they do everything, exhausts, intake. forced induction too! a supercharger was being put on a v6 mustang, and i saw a few nitrous kits laying around too!

if you love your car, take it to them, and they will treat it as their own. did amazing wonders with my rx8. planning on having them dropping it, and smoking my tails.

website:www.salsautosport.com

address:14300 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX

they are right off 290

tell em anthony sent you and they'll hook you up!

i would like to also recommend this place. Anthony i appreciate the suggestion, here's my experience.

I already had a thread made cause i needed my license plate light rewired. They did it for more than half the price the dealer was gonna charge me. Sal is a cool *** dude, he explained to me all my options, exactly what was wrong, and was real one-on-one with me. I'm thinking bout replacing my fog lights with PIAA lights, and he is definitely gonna be my first stop

Just a FYI, he said our 8's run at a high voltage. Supposedly 14 volts is not the norm...not sure if that's a bad thing lol.

he told me he doesn't mind changing it back and forth for track days even if you go every weekend.

Nice car. The wheels look great. Which lugs are those? Anodized lugs tend to look pinkish when they're supposed to be red, but those look pretty sharp.

Wish this had been posted back when I needed my fenders rolled.. couldn't find anywhere in houston to get it done lol. Ended up finding a guy in SA with a roller.
