Denton Mazda Dealer

my tranny is giving me some problems...so I am going to drop it off for service before my short shifter gets in...Has anyone had any dealings with the Denton Dealership? Can I trust them enough to work on the car?

Thanks in advance.

I've had plenty of transmission issues, but never took it to Denton. What is wrong with your tranny?

I'm in Carrollton. I took mine to Richardson though. Denton was about the same distance, but I have heard great things about Richardson. It feels Great now... except going into first. First is a bit hard to get into.

I was out of commission for 3 months. The reason for that was Mazda was declining coverage and I wasn't paying the $5k for the transmission and clutch. It wasn't a dealership issue, it was the Mazda headquarters giving me problems. They came and got my car at 3 O'clock on a Tuesday and called Thursday afternoon and it was ready. I'd trust them again. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

Bought my car in Denton. Just had my first oil change done there a few weeks ago, so I really can't comment on how well there service dept. performs. I was told when I bought my car there that they do have a master rotary tech there that has been there for many years and is very well respected. Hope this helps.

Dazy - No need to get defensive... You just need to get your roommates to sign on so they can get your back :D

liquid - Definitely have a rotary tech at Richardson. Talk to Ajax, he knows the guy personally.

I'm not getting defensive. I'm bringing the cool room mate. The other is busy doing whatever it is that she does.

I've never met him, but I was impressed with the work that was done. Of course I had a really bad experience before they got it. Plus they called every single day both times they had my car and gave me an up date. Come on out and shoot with us!
