Ouch... I've been there before. Mine was getting rebuilt in Arkansas and took 41 days. Then I got it back, drove it home, and took it to Town North becuase it still wasn't right. They ended up replacing my transmission and clutch. Smooth as silk

It's the one w/blonde hair.

Oh wait, that doesn't help either. How about the one w/curly hair (that's Jessie by the way). The one w/straight hair is doing the mushy Valentine's Day thing tonight. <sticks finger in mouth and imitates barfing>

Is that becuase you don't believe in "mushy" or you are jealous? :D I'm glad Jessie is coming. She's ok in my book. Ok, I think I have officially hijacked 3 threads to talk about our Tuesday Meetings...

liquid, what now?

As long as I'm not in front of my parents, I completely believe in "mushy" and I'm not jealous. Her and I used to be REALLY close. That is until the new boy walked in. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy she's happy and Joseph is really cool, like a brother to me, but I don't believe it's right to trade in your friends for your boyfriend. You should know how to balance time between both. (And this stays in the forum.)

10-4... and I most definitely agree. I've had friends that were always cool until they got a girl. Then you never saw them again. Sure they were happy, but they couldn't ever hang out with me. Hell, my cousin Josh wouldn't even drink a beer with me because his girlfriend in Michigan didn't want him to drink that night!!! How pathetic is that? In the forum... this stays in the forum.

Town north has a couple rotary techs actually, but their master tech (over 26 years of experience) is Don Marvel who also has his own aftermarket tuning shop, Marvelspeed. Don is a really cool guy and is really friendly. He'll never BS you either or try to sell you something you dont need.

Personally I will never got to Town North.
I bought my car from there, and have had a horrible experience in there service department. I had my OEM Appearance Package and spoiler installed there. It was an unbelievably bad job. The front lip, sides, and rear had large, distinct gaps between kit and the body. BEST PART IS THEY INSTALLED THE SPOILER CROOKED. I should of just done this all myself.
I am sure the techs who work on your tranny are not the same monkeys that do body work there, but the overall attitude of the service department was not impressive. They did not seem to interested in resolving the issue.

just my 2 cents

Jenkins, I don't think your boy can hang. Did you see what he wrote in the other thread? He's letting the Focus get the best of him.

I guess everyone has their bad experiences, but I've always been taken care of. I don't know about accessories and oil changes, but when it comes to engine or tranny work I WILL NOT go anywhere else!
