I was actually thinking about that, but that would require high res/good pictures from other people I'll have to look into a plug in for that though, cuse I am lazy IT, I can code, I just choose not too :P

I like the site. I know you guys don't know me from a hole in the wall and my opinion doesn't likely matter, but I think local forums/venues for convo are great. I read your bio and I'd def like to meet you. I work in IT as a Windows Sys Admin, Kwarner also works in IT doing software deployments and Creto works in IT doing project management I believe.

 

I am kinda shy to be honest. I have a miata driving friend and I have been going out to Keller's on Wednesday nights. I have become less of a recluse, so when is the next get together? What type of things do you guys do?
I have a friend who is trying to talk me into loading up the aero kit i bought for the 8 and drive it out to his place tomorrow so we can install. Maybe I will appear a little less base model soon!

Had to move to Oregon for my job. Great twisties, low gas prices, etc but NO RX8 COMMUNITY to speak of. Seen other 8s, but I don't think they're on the forums.

 

Not sure when the next one is. We've been doing alot of party meets lately which really isnt conducive to meeting shy people Typically we just meet up somewhere have a couple of beers and hang out. Talk about cars, work, just anything in general.

hey guys i found a car show its every Monday at Park and Midway (Plano) i been there couple times and i think it will be nice if anyone can come to the show. this is a car show meets all types of cars and some custom trucks. i see rows of cars and i was thinking that maybe we can fill one or two of this rows and show our cars. What you think guys!!!!!!

 

Well I'm hesitant to speak for most us, but I will anyway lol. The majority of us arent into car shows, we prefer hanging out over a couple beers at a restaurant. Jew and WTB might be interested however as I think they've done things like that in the past.

 

well, we dont need to have a exotic car, like i say its different types of cars this is a daily cars that probably been modifided just like paint, bodykit and many of those are 100% oem the main thing its meet together show our NTX ROTARY community and the car show its i believe 6 to 10pm and maybe after we can get some food and drinks. ya know.

THIS IS NOT A PROFFESIONAL CAR SHOW!!!! Its just a big meet of people like us.

i know that thursday its the official meet day, but we can meet this day as non-official day.

 

It is up at rockin robins, It is a ricekiller deal I think. I was supposed to go last week. That is right close by and I would be willing to go!!
