Hey guys,

No I haven't forgotten about this yet. I have been refining the route to maximize the flow and enjoyment for this cruise. It is going to travel through the far north Dallas area (Plano, McKinney and more) and I wanted some feedback to a few questions I am asking myself...

Where do we want to meet? we can either meet in a central area (somewhere around the High 5 for example) or we can meet further north closer to where the actual cruise will be run (somewhere in Plano; Bush and 75 for example)

How long of a cruise are we looking for? are we looking for something short and quick, or something that will take us some time to cruise and enjoy?

Is there going to be food involved? Are we going to meet up and eat first to stuff ourselves before we drive, or are we going to be driving on an empty stomach racing to eat?

let me know what you guys are thinking to some of these initial thoughts. I'll post a map soon when I get an idea of what everyone wants, finish maping it out, and have a chance to run it

meet over by the galeria, then shoot up the tollway to bush then over to 75, then south and end at bone daddys. I could probably get some of the guys from the cannonball site to cruise too

The focus on this cruise is going to be about the road, not about cruising on the highway that we all drive every day. I have a route mapped out that starts off just around 75 and Bush, and takes you up through McKinney, Anna, and ends almost in Celina. The route that i have planned now, Mapquest calculates about 75 miles w/ a travel time of just under 3hrs.

I wish it would be logical for me to go, but I'll have a new engine by then, and I'll want to break it in correctly...

No, you won't. Mine's still stock - except for some minor appearance upgrades. Come on out, you'll have a great time. To my knowledge, none of us are the antichrist, so you should be safe with a stock 8!

3 hours?? I would hope there's food involved at some point! I like the idea of meeting near the 75/190 area.

I am SO the antichrist.

Had to switch to impersonating somethin if I can't have the emergency vehicle gig anymore. Sorry Joe, I shoulda told you.

Man...this weekend I hit an all time ridiculous horrible low with the catastrophies that occur when I "fix" cars. I think only the antichrist could perform the act I pulled off Saturday, it was so sinfully wrong. I can't close my left hand, and my right wrist is wrapped because of a sprain...and that happened AFTER I fixed the problem. God.

And Creto, I'm talking about what happened while I was working on a car, don't turn that dirty. Seriously. I mean it, don't. Okay, fine, let's hear it.
