Well if your in for sure now (aka found your navi) then that means we still one last car to make the second team complete. Oh still need a name for that second team as well.

 

Ok so who's going to be pissed at me if I say that I'm going to do 'Driver's Edge' on saturday instead of the rally. It's a high speed track school in Cresen (south of Ft. Worth) It's an all day Saturday and Sunday event that's 8, 25 minutes session around 3.1 miles of track. It's $275 if anyone wants to join me.... If this is going to upset anyone let me know. I'm on the fence leaning toward racing... the refund is like half at this point...

yeah man see you at flips in about two weeks (seeing it has been changed to a bi-weekly meet).....wish I had $275 though to jump on that autocross event. I think I will wait though and get my car all set up before I start doing that kind of thing.

I just realized this rally thing is in two weeks. do you guys want to do a meet next week for the people that are going to participate in this event so we can get it all orginized? I would hate for people to sign up and then end up not having enough people for a team.

 

Won't know for sure until Monday, my "navi" is in Hawaii. He has an 8 too, though, so we may just both drive and find other navigators...I'll keep you posted. I think we'll be Team McLovin'. Because why not, right?!

 

If it were an autocross I'd probably skip it, but it's an actual track day. High speeds, no cones, other cars on the track you can pass. I'm relaly looking forward to it. I'm sorry I had to back out.

Oh, haha, no, you can have him and yes, you need a navi, you can't focus on the directions as well as you need to if you're driving, trust me. Don't worry, I got the other Mazda owner roommates AKA built-in navigators, we're all set!

 

I think we need to set something up so we all can get together and be on the same page. We have an idea who is going to be a part of this but nothin really set. The "rally" is two weeks away so I am thinkin we need to get this going.

Let me know if you guys want to meet up, I am open for whenever you guys are.
