yeah dusty through MVP is a good guy. he used to be in powerhouse's old shop right around the corner from scalliwags garage. not sure where he is at now but also don't forget about the custom exhaust idea!!!
and dazy, don't worry about your warranty being affected by exhaust! your safe!

I've done some thinking (and some sulking) and this is what I've come up with:
I called Rhythm Motorsports and they said the Greddy exhaust has been on back-order from the manufacturer since Jan 13. I was able to cancel my order without a problem, full refund and no restocking fees.
Question: Mr. Ed, does Martin do exhaust work too? Or only body?
When the topic of my exhaust comes up with the claims adjuster, I know exactly what I'm going to say (or not to say :D).
If the money situation works out, I would like to get some type of body kit other than stock, but I'm not sure which one yet. If there's extra money to play with, I may take some of the other upgrade suggestions in the other thread. But first thing's first: the front looks like **** and it needs to be fixed.
I'm going to bat my eyes and ask nicely the person who is repairing my car to install the 3 sets of light bulbs that I've ordered for the front end. They’re all in stock and ready to go.
Scalliwag: Here are the part numbers for the clear corners you've needed. Have you had a chance to talk to your friend in Japan?

F151 51 121B
My goal: Come out of this ordeal with a new body kit, new custom exhaust, matching lights and clear corners. C'MON!!! WHO'S WITH ME????

honestly he doesn't make custom exhaust...i would take it to a muffler shop for that.
i would just try to stick with getting the car fixed and possibly a new front end...maybe some suspension parts. if you get any other bodykit it will need to be painted and matched up. the MS one comes painted and matches up perfectly.
i'll talk to him and make sure he is willing to take on another 8!

Hummmm.. custom exhaust, i would suggest just buying a catback. seriously, i mean custom is cheaper but is not as nice im my opinion.. also, as far as the body what a friend of mine did was that once the adjuster gives the amount to replace the parts you can turn around and instead of gettin the OEM part get a aftermarket...
That dude Martin, i think that he was the one who painted and put the body kit on my friends car, he has a 98 Turbo Eclipse that was candy apple.. it was NICE!!!!!!!!

Don't let your worries on your car bring you down. You have your health and you're still going to Vegas for the weekend and more gambling at Shreveport. Think of the bright side...you'll get your baby back sooner or later. You're not stuck without transportation and you've reconnected with a friend from your past.

I know he would do a good job anyway but it is always good to throw in a little motovational talk

That is very sweet of you to pass up that deal Mr. Ed, thank you. If I haven't said it already, I appreciate all of your help through this mess. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! :D
It helps to know that my car will be in trusted hands and that she'll come out better than how she went in (in more ways than one).
I'm hoping to talk to the adjuster tomorrow if possible, Monday at the latest, and then get the car towed either Monday or Tuesday. I was going to stop by his shop on Monday after work. Can you send me his address? Thanks.
