Cleaning keyboards is usually a futile venture. There is a guy that sells new ones for $20 that is in Lewisville http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...750255152&rd=1
If you get one I could install it one night at RackDaddys.

It's sad that you have to use my pics at night to satisfy yourself. Can't you find a decent good-looking girl to keep you company at night that you can look at face to face in your house instead of via webcam?

I am going to try. This car PC is a pretty high priority for me tho. But Chris, like me, has probably switched more of these out than he would like to remember.

let me know how it all turns out...i am interested to see where you mount the screen. i have a buddy who is a professional installer and just went to full time on his own doing installs. i'm not kidding...this guy is probably one of the best in the country. he is doing a lexus sc430 right now. he brought it by my place last night and it is only about 25% done...FRIGGIN AMAZING!!!!
i think he might be doing the work on my 8...but i am very picky on what i want.

I hooked everything up today and tested out the GPS. That was cool.
But I can't play anything through the system yet unless I want to use FM modulation
For now I just mounted the LCD to the dash piece and it actually looks and works very well.
There is not much room under that. I will post some pics tomorrow that shows that. The dash pieces we make are going to give a little extra room.
