Any one want to meet up at hooters in grapevine on Sat 1/27/07 around noon and drink some beer/look at the girls and maybe talk about Car's. I know I'm going for the beer and girls.

Home Depot was having a sale on insulation so I bought enough to completely redo my house. R-30 is what I got, nice and thick. I'm going to move the blow-in stuff away, then put the R-30 down, then evenly spread the blow-in stuff over it.
It's gonna be SUPER FUN!

There's a big difference in what 1/ they had back in 1987, and 2/ what type of blow-in you buy. If you're buying from home depot I don't think you can go wrong with thick fiberglass insulation with a high R value.
The stuff we talked about is not the stuff the average joe can buy, or even apply himself. it's a chemical mixture that is super heated and mixed at the tip of the gun that sprays it, and then when it hits air it expans 120 times. 31/2 of this stuff would blow 18: of R46 fiberglass out the water.
^ talk about off subject

I bought the house over a year ago, so I didn't have a hand in it's construction, but if I would have those bastards would have done it right.

so far i know that it is going to be me and one of my buddys. The more the better. I will be at the bar with the shaved head and tattoos all over my arms. Hope to meet some new people that love the 8 as much as i do.
