n/m, my gas cap wasn't on all the way... I LOVE YOU RX8. next thing you know rx8 will tell me my fly is unzipped.

 

so whens the next meet? i read on the rx7 site that :

Beer, Babes and Bullets Run is on Jan 31st. I like beers and babes... but im not a member of that site.

I'd love to make it out there on thursday, but what time were you planning on doing it? I coach and we have practice, so I wouldn't be able to make it out there if it were very early.

 

I'll probably go but will be a little late since I get off work at 7 like usual

This weekend being superbowl sunday and an autocross weekend I don't think I can make it.

One of these days I hope to have an install party. My set of BHR coils should (maybe) get here Monday. On top of that I have a new fender to put on and a mazmart water pump.

I also have a few odd noises I need to troubleshoot. First weekend I have a chance I'm going to pull the catalytic converter off my car. It might be dying on me.

Edit: Did you get a price quote from Mazmart about the A/C fan? Ask for a used one. It might be really cheap!

 

i always wanted to come to those meets. but it seems like its always on a weekday. and me living in beaumont and getting off at 5-530, i can never make it . maybe one day ill finally get to meet you guys .

 

From the last 2 meets there are a lot of people who are dying for an install party on the weekend. I'm sure we'll have one eventually.

Everytime I try to do something the weather sucks or I get tied up doing something else. Also I live in an apartment so I can't have an install party at my place.

DIY day sounds good...my BHR coils and spark plugs are coming in and I got other little things to take care of.

Unfortunately my garage isn't available. But I do know a couple of friends who might want to host a DIY day.

 

I might be able to make it.. just might be a bit late.. i get off at 7 also

 

I might come out, no promises though. I've been super busy lately. My car hasn't been washed in 2 months!

Everyone seems a bit hesitant and i understand everyone got priorities and it was short notice... BUT!!!!

i'm still going to make it out from 7:30 - 8:00. If i shake at least one hand, it'd be worth it. I plan on taking care of my 8 for awhile so; it'd be worth it to get involved with the houston community.
