Houston's a scary place, lemme know how the transition comes along.

**spotted** Black rx8, gold tip exhaust, ings +1 wing. i was in my teg and it was looking good!
Nope, but I did work at Fluor in Sugar Land for a couple of years before I started law school.

I will be interning at two big law firms downtown, Bracewell Giuliani and Vinson Elkins. I am from the area (Missouri City) originally, so I generally am familiar with the downtown area but I'll get much more acquainted with it this summer. Look forward to being back home for the summer (as far away from law school as possible) and slapping some new parts on my 8!

I am in DEER PARK (SOUTHEAST of HOUSTON) and have a little car room. I even have a mechanic that can help with electrical troubles......

hey anthony,

I've been researching (off and on) the PREMIX thread for weeks and i'm still confused on what i want to use. I've come to your conclusion as well:

"mmo or idemitsu and fp+ as a mix. "

all that's left is ordering... you have links to the products i want? thanks man!

I just did my 1st oil change... me no likey the position of the oil filter but its better than reaching from under the car (like on tegs)

imma switch to synthetic + premix in 3000 miles.

all in all it was a fun hour... i cant wait to own a garage so i dont have to sneak to the back of my apt to work on my cars.

yeah synthetic is runnng all good for me.

full protection: fp+ and idemitsu. thats 1 dedicated cleaner, with a bit of lube, and 1 dedicated lube with a bit of cleaner.

MMO is a all in 1, jack of all trades, master of none, and happens to be the cheapest. i went this route, and put in 8-10 oz. per fill up.

not as effective as using a 2 stroke and cleaner, i can tell the difference, but its better than nothing.

oh, and i have cleaner tips, been 2 weeks since i've had to clean em.

I don't have much mechanical experience with cars, but this is definitely a good idea for all the locals. I might even need some help in the future to install a lip kit.

Can't wait to see the pics from the meet, GREAT turnout, a TON of nice FD's and several 8's there. Good to meet you guys in the 8's(George and Thanh) and several of the 7 guys. OMD meant to come say wsup, thanks for the semi quote lol on the painting of the side skirts, i'll hit you up if I decide to get em, NICE car btw, I usually am not a fan of flat black but man, that looked sharp!
