I couldn't say something like that, Dazy had to miss a day of work because she was in so much pain. That would have been thoughtless of me. BTW I got me a new avatar!!

Mr.ED, Dazy, and I are all friends and we hang out together from time to time. We also like to cut up and razz one another. Mr.Ed was just being a friend and trying to give me a "jolt". While a little crude, his intentions are well meant. I just don't want anyone starting a "flame-war" over a minor misunderstanding. I did like your quote though Air Force. Is Robins AFB near the gulf? Some of us are wanting to try and make plans to go to the gulf of somewhere sometime during the summer and we are looking around for suggestions.

I understand you all are really good friends, but there has been a lot of issues with crude/inappropriate pics and language here and that was pretty crude. My wife happened to be looking over my shoulder since I was showing her Dazy's unfortunate curb surfing incident and she commented on the choice of words as she knows my kids sit with me while I surf here often.

Robins AFB is an hour and 1/2 south of Atlanta on I-75. Nowhere near the gulf unfortunately. Every year there is a car show at the Museum of Aviation here at Robins called "Wings and Wheels". I tried to get some folks to come up for it, but I guess there was another event somewhere else. I would love to get a bunch of 8's together for this year's event as it will be my last here at Robins. I leave for Korea in Nov/Dec for a year and will not return here if I can avoid it! It is in early Oct and I will post the details as soon as I hear about them...

I'm sorry you feel that way about returning to the states. When you leave for Korea, will you be forced to sell your RX8 or will you be taking it with you? I haven't been to Korea, but I'm sure it's pretty nice.

This is pretty much the same as the South forum on the RX7Club in so many ways Some of us have a tendency to get pretty crude. I can't let my wife and kids look over my should mainly because of the stuff I write

Alright guys, the adjuster just called and this is what he found:

4 new wheels/tires
whole new front end
damage to undercarriage
missing exhaust (wonder how that happened?)
bent suspension

He's going to talk to Martin about approximate price and cut me the check. Of course if anything else is wrong, Martin or I can report it and it will be taken care of.

EG, I'm gonna call you for some info about Martin's shop for this guy in a little while.

I think Dazy's RX8 would be better off after it's fixed for her to just park it at Rack Daddy's so it's there for the meet and we could all pitch in for her to get a bus pass. If she keeps it up along with other women drivers that have 8's, MY insurance is going to go up even without tickets or an accident.

I heard that the Lumber companies are willing to pay Dazy to drive through the national park where the spotted owls live.

what are you saying you hate hooters now?

all you have to do is give her an 8 and a beer and she'll build you a log cabin!

We better stop. We might be offending some environmentalist, tree-hugger. We aren't making fun of the environment, and we really do like trees. We are just trying to defend them from the pointless onslaught of Dazy the Lumberjack.

You need a bumper sticker on the front of your car that says "Trees... move 'em or lose 'em" :D Hey, how did Vegas go? Oh wait, what happens in Vegas stays there

Jenkins and I saw this attachment that Dazy ought to get for her front bumper. Maybe Martin can find one at a discount. :D

What the hell is that?

No, no updates on the car yet. I tried calling Martin a couple times this weekend but the time difference was throwing me off and I think I called when the shop was closed. I'm going to get it towed tomorrow and hopefully talk to Martin afterwork and see what kind of plan we can come up with.

It's a bumper guard. This way you could mow down whatever was opposing you in the road, median, other peoples lawn, everything would then be your road.
