Angry I need a better dealership. Any help??

I've been through the mill with North Park, and i'm fed up. I've had to take my car back 3 times since getting my motor replaced because the car shakes fairly violently when fully warmed up at around 2k rpm and there's a noticeable vibration at any rpm. Secondly, the cel lit up less than a week after getting it back the first time for "Intake Manifold Runner Stuck Open". The first time I took it in with that issue they simply cleared the memory and sent me on my way after keeping my car for two days. The next two times i took it in they kept my car nearly a week each time and did nothing to fix the problem. However, this last time they did replace the stuck valve and do a decarb. My radar detector mysteriously went missing while in their hands, still not sure wat they're gonna do about that. When I asked if they locked the cars while on the lot, they said yes, absolutely. LIE. I've been able to get into my car without the key every time i've taken it there. Keep in mind this car is a 2006 w/ 21000 miles, rigorously maintained w/ oil changes less than 3k apart etc. Idk, i'm sick of paying for a car I can't drive and being under 21 I can't even get a rental so I have to borrow a car from someone each time this happens. I can't take this anymore, please tell me there's a service department with better than underqualified monkeys running the show... I need my car, a car at the very least.

No, at least not to my knowledge... Only the engine it's self and the plugs, fluids, etc associated.

lol yea, i brought that up to them the last two times i took it to em. But with only 21k, could the mounts really be shot? Aside from damage caused from removal and reinstallation etc.... Idk, I have to drive it as is for the next few days, it's my only means of transport for a while. I've yet to hear anything about my radar detector tho... Called and left a couple messages.

I know some people have had a bad experience with IPAC...but I went there all the time. Mark in the Service Dept always treated me awesome.

Yeah mark is a really good dude but I will never never take my car back to IPAC They are not good at all and I have had a ton of bad experience with them. I really hope mark is getting paid well for being the middle man.

I've been through NP, legend, and IPAC, and hands down best service I got was World car in New Braunfels. Talk to Mike, and he will most definitely take care of you. North Park is full of bs and I would rather drive 15 miles to world car than take it back to them. Trust me when I say, NP does whatever it takes to get your car the F out of their shop.

thnx jigga, the engine's seeming sluggish now, i fixed the shaking by reconnecting a vacuum hose they left dangling, but now for another, though closely related story. I'll be taking my car in once again for very similar symptoms as to when my other engine went bad in it's early stages. Power loss, hard starting, rough idle etc. Hoping not to be put in line for another engine but time will tell. The new engine has ~1500 miles on it and i haven't noticed any change in the oil level... Should I be worried? I'm also going to see if they will check the catalytic converter since it wasn't changed along side the engine and I have a very strong hunch it may be clogged... I may definitely be paying a visit to world car, but as Legend is so much closer, I may visit them first. North Park did step up on the radar detector and gave me 50 dollars towards any service i may need performed, still think i shoulda gotten cash tho...
