OP said he was "going to fast". All are used clarified it with "going too fast," because the spelling error changes the meaning of the phrase. I figured that's what all was thinking.

you guys are lucky to be allowed to have radar jammers, in canada if caught they give you a massive fine, even could tow your car. while im willing to risk that whats a good place to hide it and not get it seen or detected

Who said anything about being allowed? Jammers are illegal in Texas too.

Thing about laser jammers is that you need a detector and jammer in the same location (typically mounted with receivers near the headlights/license plate) with the ability to switch it off easily and quickly when you need. If the jam works, you'll have a very short period of time to adjust your speed and turn off the jammer, but even then, you may still get busted for it.

Actually laser hammers are legal in Texas and in a lot of states it's radar hammer that are illegal nation wide. Radar is controlled by FCC where laser us FDA and there is no legislation nationally or in Texas that says laser hammer are illegal just FYI

If you need a place/shop to install it call audiofxaustin, one of the owners lives out in Leander, shop is at 35/183, great guys, personal friends of mine, did all the work on mine etc. etc. give them a call and talk to Les, (512-835-1960) he'll hook you up.
