Looking for Reputable shop in Plano
Hey guys, I just had my freakin fuel pump go out on my dodge stratus. I'm being quoted just under $600 at a goodyear shop off of custer/121. Does anyone know another shop or got the hookup that could help me out? I really can't afford 600 right now but if I could buy the parts and maybe work something out with someone for payment I'd sure appreciate it.

I can suggest 2 places in McKinney, which should be close enough, I hope.
One is Precision Align at 380, Just east of the Sam's Club.
The other is Sharrock Automotive, used to be at HWY 5 and Eldorado, but have recently moved to a bigger shop on the West side of McKinney.
(972) 542-2579 is their number.
Just call and ask if they'll do that kind of work.
If the fuel pump is located like most modern vehicles, you get killed on Labor because it's in the fuel tank, which they have to drop/empty to get to it.
Good luck.
