O and, i dunno if any of u were planning on going to MM this saturday but i don't think i'ma go, unless someone wants to go early and watch the drifts. Reason y is: Gates open 1pm for drifting, drags are from 5:30-9:30 (yea what the ****) and a stupid cheeweez concert from 9:30-1am (but no racing during this time? f that)

But I do agree that putting the stock intake back on and bringing it to another dealership would work. I have my stock intake packed up in a box if he wants to use it to see if he can get the reapirs done.

 

That reminds me. I wanna get some new plugs for mine. The current ones have about 39K on them and I think it's time for new ones.

 

When do people race on the track? Is that drafting? I'm not interested in drags or cheeweez concerts. BUt...meh...maybe I should go out there to check it out.

i mean, they need him to bring the car to them before they can say weather or not they can definitely fix it. But he is making arrangments to have it towed from hammond to paretti...the question is when.

 

drifting not drafting. But u should always go atleast once....i still dunno weather i'ma go. It depends if anyone else wants to go. I might take the ride out for 1 to watch some buddies of mine in N.O.Drift do some drifting but i dunno yet.
Definitely won't stay for the cheeweez concert tho.

 

Duh...sorry...meant drifting. Well, let's see if we can get an 8 contingent to go out there. I'll see if I can get hold of a helmet. I really would like to take my 8 out on the track.

Good thing you told me about the times of the MM event. Made my decision alot easier to decide which one to go to.

For the drag, you dont have to wear helmets unless you run under 12's i believe. But if you are going on the road course then yea.

13's or faster to have a helmet....anything slower than 13's doesn't need a helmet.

and yea, any road/drift couse needs a helmet.

Maybe cuz his first run was 14.2 and missed 2nd. =T

lol. Somepeople use baseball bats(old school lowrider days) I used a sledgehammer handle that was in my trunk. just bend it in little sections. If you go too fast or bend too much at once, the paint will crack. If this happensjust put clear fingernail polish on it.
