Quick question for you guys, since I'm not too sure about the area.

How many mazda dealerships are there and which ones do you recommend going to in this area? Lol.. I saw one when I was going to do my car insurance the other day, but didn't have time to stop on the way back to get my oil changed :cry: Baby girl needs an oil change, she's not adjusting to this weather change nearly as good as I am

Also, where in the area can I purchase Royal Purple or do you guys recommend something else?

 

Premier in Georgetown is good from what I hear, and my personal experience with Beasley South on I35 has been good too. Talk to Alan if you go there, he knows me and my car lol All 3 major mazda dealerships here are all owned by the same people, but the experience at 2 of them is a bit better than what I've heard of the one on Burnet rd. I've found Royal Purple at Wal-Mart among other places like pep boys etc. I actually use castrol gtx 5w20 myself, haven't had any issues so far.

 

We have been getting together to do oil changes recently so your always welcome to do that too. NAPA auto parts carries Royal Purple as well as Pepboys. I was going to move to RedLine as per a discussion w/ another member on the next change.

I STILL haven't changed mine. Now that it's actually warm outside it's either too hot to be in the garage, I'm too hung over from going out Friday night and/or Saturday night, or it's nice out and I'm not saying inside to work on ****.

I got some full synthetic castrol to run for the next 2 months before I go back to a DE. I didn't want to poney up $9/qt for red line before my vacation. Still need to change the damn tranny and diff fluid too.

**** I just need to stop drinking. **** I'll just do the oil 1 night this week and the tranny and diff another. Lame.
