yeah i can hear it when i drive and i go over a dip or a bump, i hear it scrape the fender..and my tires are 265 wide, so idk, about 10 and a half inches. ill put up pics as soon as i can...and yeah im a noob, idk how 2 know what im offset is...lol..all i know is that my rear tires are265/35/18

you need new friends.
be careful with the home fender rolling, it helps to heat the fenders when hammering on them so you don't crack the paint.
do you have stock suspension?
how many miles on your car?
you really need to figure out the offset to your wheels so we can figure out if you just have too wide of tires for an aggressive wheel. Usually if you take the wheel off, the offset is imprinted somewhere on the inside. Offset plays a BIG role in fitment.
for example, you're running 18" wheels with 265's and rubbing.
I have 19x10" wide wheels with 275 tires, am lowered on coilovers and do not rub.

we're getting warmer. Sounds like your wheels are 18x___ +35.
do you know how wide they are?
Stock offset for our wheels is +55 (I think) so that's a 20mm difference right there.
