Ok I finished ordering the stuff needed to do the Stereo Installation on the wife's car. My plan is to do this next saturday Feb 6 at my house. Anyone who wants to come over let me know. I already got the box with the triangle subs and they are the size of a 12" round woofer. I had to trim 4" off the box for it to fit in the trunk. I am doing this at my house because I have all the stuff to do some custom modifications such as mounting the passive eq in the ashtray location. This will be an all day affair. The only thing left of the stock system will be the stock radio and the front center speaker. I do not know if I will brave the cold this saturday for Cars and Coffee but I will be at the install meet.
parts I currently have
subs and box
passive eq
460 watt sony amp for interior speakers
1000 watt sony amp for subs
what I ordered today
Line Out Converter
rear 6x9s
4 gauge wiring kit
6.5" front component speakers
brackets for front speakers

Well, I picked the part up from eric today and ordered the spacer from BHR on friday. I might actually fill my tank up whenever I get around to getting it installed. I'm thinking the accordion piece should be a bit easier to fit in when I dont have to worry about the nozzle taking up space for it to compress.
Just to be sure.. the accordion piece shouldn't be any different in design for the MT and AT, correct? Did a visual inspection and it all seems the same, but wanted to be sure.
