I do Cars and Coffee, 1st Thursdays at COBB, Thursdays @ Jakes with DFW mazdas and then Sunday Nights at Southlake. It is rare that I miss a meet.

I don't want to hear anything about being anti social or too old!

first of all, might I say, I was a bit disappointed to see that I was one of only two 8's at C&C yesterday, (other person was SS, black rims machined lip, body kit (didn't look closely enough to figure out specifically which one, Carbon fiber hood).

Second, I had a revelation a few moments ago. Considering the color of my 8 being copper red, how would bronze wheels look? On paper it sounds like it could compliment quite well, but I'm having difficulty accurately picturing it

Don't worry, you'll get over it. Most folks schedules are pretty packed (at least mine is), so not getting out to C&C isn't so much a slight on C&C as it's more of, there's other stuff that has to be taken care of and a limited amount of time to do it.

And several folks have done bronze with red/copper red. Pic forum should have some for ya.

Here's the thread with all the Copper Red owners:

I do think the bronze would look good. Personally, I'm going for a red/black look myself. It's a little more subtle. And you should definitely make it out Sunday. It'll be nice to have more than one Copper Red there.

hahaha, yes you did. Naturally I wasn't expecting like, 20 8s, I've been going to C&C for quite sometime now, and obviously don't see a whole lot of 8s. But I was naively hoping to see at least one or two more

Hey y'all. If anyone wants Fiona's stock exhaust let me know. Probably had around 40k miles on it when I took it off. If y'all don't want it, I'll just give it away on CL. Thought I'd give y'all first dibs. Free stuff is always good, right? Lol.
