I dont plan on going cheap. I mean like. Has anyone done it on their own if so what issues they had. Also any input on professionally done as well around the cost and details.

The cost depends on a number of things. The material (carbon fiber vs fiber glass vs....) you have about 5 different options on material. Then you take in to account the paint. Different types of paint have different values. The better the clear coat the more you will pay. The second thing that is going to cost you is extras you decide to go for. Like if your going to replace the front bumper, I would recommend you get the oil cooler screens, clear corners, and led replacement lamps for the front. Once it was completely painted I would have it covered with a clear bra of one sort or another, they are getting better and better.
As far as fitment goes, I have seen both expensive and cheap products fit and not fit (thats why they all come with a disclaimer not to cut, or paint until you have checked fitment). The other thing you have to take in to consideration is some parts like the SE-03C bumper requires that you buy the 09+ fog lights. Which is another 600 dollars on top of the 1000 dollar bumper.
Or say you got with the APR Performance Carbon Fiber Rear Wing. In order to install this product correctly you will actually need track time so you can adjust it properly and understand what different adjustments do. Plus adding that kind of down force to the rear of the car does require you to put in a front spoiler. Otherwise you will take the balance out of how the car drives, and a proper front spoiler can cost 500+.
I always did my own fitting with the exception of paint. Its not hard it just requires patience so that you don't hurt anything. You also need to keep all your reciepts and read everything that comes with the parts very carefully. Some of them have a no return policy if you even drill a hole in it to fit it. I would suggest you stay away from non functional body parts. I would also suggest that when you go to check the guy who is painting your vehicle, a good paint job is flexible. The easiest way to check this is have him cure a small cup of his top coat. It should cure rubber like, and be more flexible than breakable.

Bobby and I just did a 7 hour gauge install + tranny fluid change at my apt yesterday..that was so GD hot. We also came to the realization that we should wait until like...late october for another install day. Jeezus.

Well sorta. August 13th is the full moon. So I was figuring we could meet late somewhere like for ice cream (or beer if people are too old for "treats") or something at around 9ish, hang out a bit and then have the cruise after.

I'm in for the night run.
I am still sportin' the Michigan plates cuz of the insane heat and lack of energy to even get my bumper off because of the temps.
And Nick, I'll be outta town. :/
But I do wish you more luck than I had with the meet. I did get a great gathering of people, just AWFUL service, haha. Our waitress even had the nerve to get in our face at the bar when we went up to get our own drinks! She had a lot of nerve. Crazy...
