Charles/BHR is taking care of me, I have one of the first batch of kits and he's treating me like I bought it yesterday, for all the people who complain on here about them I sure have had nothing but positive experiences
does anyone make a 275/25/19? would that be the same as a 265/30?

I don't think anyone ever complains about Charles/BHR except for the guys dealing with MM on the tuning and turbo kits. And I think MM has made a big improvement on the tuning front with the live tuning so I believe things are going well. As far as the guys waiting for the turbo kits, well that is a different story. I have never seen a negative review about Charles/BHR.

I foolishly tried a 275/35 when I first got my wheels and it actually did fit, but rubbed almost constantly, I was just thinking if I could get more width but not go up any in height it'd be awesome, I was lol'ing at the sidewall of a 25 series tire, might as well just paint some tires on

I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of heights and just watching the video gives me butterflies in my stomach but at the same time, you only live once...

oh I know, I was just saying I bought tires that were too tall at 35, even my 265/30's catch the tabs every now and then leaving sharp inclines, 275/30 would probably still be too big. I am thinking about going a bit bigger in the front though, maybe a 245/30 or 240/35 instead of the 235/35 I run right now. I could do a 245/40 but i think it would look too tall in contrast with the rear so that's prob a no go. I'm also trying to decide on keeping my kdw's or going with something else, I still dig the crazy tread pattern and they seem to hold up well but who knows, the Hankooks seem decent or maybe something else for a change up.

at least you're in a Mazda.
I still say you should have gotten a Lotus for the drive Saturday.

So I was just driving back to my place and had a civic with HID's and an exhaust line up and pace next to me for a few seconds and then accelerate past me. Keep in mind, the flow of traffic was already a little above the speed limit, so he was definitely over the limit. I didn't really do anything as a response to that. My turn came up so I changed lanes and ended up behind him turning. He had slowed down a bit after the turn so I was already slowly passing him as we were coming up to a light in the distance. There was a car in the lane I was in so I accelerated a little to make it a clear pass to get into the other lane. As soon as I get over, the civic gets over to try and tries to then pass me before we reach the other car. There wasn't nearly enough room as the light had turned green so I didn't have to slow down and the other car had been stopped at the light. The civic changed lanes behind me and tailgated me until there was space for him to change lanes.
I'm cruising just below the speed limit and the civic accelerates to line up next to me. He rolls his window down to reveal he's an off duty cop. He shouts to me "You better be ******' careful!". Apparently, I'm not exactly smart when it comes to immediate responses because I asked "What the **** were you trying to do?" without considering who I was talking to. Fortunately, he just hesitated for a second before saying "I'm just saying you better be ******' careful". He then cuts me off with maybe 30 feet so he doesn't get stuck behind a car to make a turn.
I decided to go slow and let him put some distance between us because I didn't really think it would be a good idea to chance anything coming from that (never know if he might try to call something in). I'm kind of astounded at the whole situation though... it sure as hell seemed like he tried to instigate a race while speeding, tailgated me after making a legal pass and then proceeded to tell me to be careful before cutting me off (crossing a solid white line, for good measure). It's like he was trying to create a situation and then interpreted my pass as dangerous. I guess I didn't absolutely have to pass him but it was well within reason in terms of safety. I at least try to pretend cops are reasonable most of the time, but it was pretty clear that the cop was the one that needed to be more careful in that situation. The only difference is that I would have been more likely to get ticketed for something as I'd imagine he has little to no risk of getting a ticket, even if he is breaking laws.
