Look in the good guy/bad guy forums for everything race roots/fluid motorsports/mazsport related.

Quick story: There was a vendor named Mazsport who went bankrupt and screwed A TON of people here and one guy a lot more than any others that have come forward (sent tuned Greddy turbo'd car to get a 20b installed and got a nonrunning car with missing parts returned minus all his money). Insert Brice (fluid motorsports) who starts sending out parts (nothing in stock essentially) and he works with the owner of Mazsport to start making some of the better engineered stuff like turbo kits, oil pans, etc only to screw over a ton of people with MS3s and and MS6 or something like that. Well then he switches business names again to Race Roots. All the while he denies working with Mazsport until he is basically forced to say sorry sorry sorry and a ton of people don't believe him.

Yeah, that one is not the prettiest but I've installed the same brand transmission cooler in one of my dads Jeeps and it was pretty good quality. But with some black hose it would be pretty good.

that may be an addition to the new engine....in an effort to keep it semi clean.

I wouldnt guess there is any conflict between it and the RB sensor adapter?

Just FYI I will be speaking with Rob tomorrow about options/$

the only difference would be the RB adapter has npt ports for sensors. I'm not sure this one would have that.

I looked around for a relocation kit that included ports for sensors....couldn't find anything and figured I would just add the RB adapter just like the oem location.

I think the Greddy kit has them.

Just an FYI trying to remove the oil filter with the sandwich plate is a giant pita.

I don't have a problem removing my filter with the adapter plate, i just use a filter socket. And i am using 09' filters which are larger too.

I would like to relocate just to avoid the obvious issues and if I can do that and add sensors I kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

not familiar with the 09 filter option, guess I will research that after this meeting.

Just remember, more complexity adds more failure points. But who am I to give advice like that

I am totally a believer in K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid). but if I am to monitor oil temp/pressure (which from what I have read is crucial) might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone..Relocate and add sensors

and yes your build is pretty intense but methodical and well put together...me likey...but probably no affody (at least not this year)

Speaking of sensors, does anyones oil gauge move? Mine is always a little to the right of the middle line yet when I checked my oil the other week it was in between the bottom and middle bump.

The factory oil pressure gauge is just a on/off switch, it doesn't work as a gauge, it just tells you whether you have oil pressure or not.

Well if you lost oil pressure you would know it pretty quickly.

has anyone sucessfully replaced the dash pressure guage, I read several articles that reference its a switch until like 230deg (or something like that) but not one that replaced it.

That would open up one of the slots in the RB ashtray guage pod

You are confusing the coolant temp gauge and the oil pressure gauge. And no replacing them in the cluster is not really and option, the cluster does a lot of things.
