I bascially need to soak these things in a rubber dissolving chemical and then attempt to press them out.

I am going to drill a bunch of holes around the sleeve so the paint stripper can get int here and work its magic.

The job would have been done by now is ES made some freaking sleeves.

I have had this low speed "clunk" noise since the week after I did suspension and swaybar. All the research says loose links cause this noise but I have tightened them several times. I preloaded the suspension twice and check all the nuts/bolts. One time the links were in fact loose...just FYI....the AP link have extremely cheap lock nuts (this will be remedied soon). Is there any reason I would not be able to drive around for a day with the bar disconnected (nothing overzealous obviously) to see if the noise goes away?

I wouldn't describe the noise as a "dangerous sounding noise" but it sure is hell is annoying!

Disconnecting the front bar should be okay but please drive as gingerly as possible. But watch out for others.

You had some? My front right was seized, I got it un seized before i garaged the car but I figure while the car is up and apart I might as well address it and since these are basically new they should be great..

Nah I was just joking around... I get over **** pretty quickly, also i think its gonna be cool melting rubber.

The only shitty part is the amount of money I need to spend on the whole endeavor. at this point I could have gotten the expensive bushings with the sleeves.

So lesson learned buy the drop engineering/MS/Speedsource upper/lower control arm kit.

It would be but you would need new sleeves. You should see his DIY on polyurethane bushings.
