You picked a bad weekend to fubar your car sir!

If you broke it next weekend we would all be in town.

I'll PM you my phone number if you want me to walk you through it, its all outlined in the manual though and is fairly easy to take apart.

Hey Shady,
I asked around to see if any of my painter friends had some time for your kit and they're all swamped right now, I told them to let me know when they have some time so if you're still interested in getting that painted etc. I might have a hookup for you in the future.

There is nothing wrong with it really, just some minor things to remedy like the oiling system. Skc pretty much got his figured out.

We messed with the R3 last night, figured out why the brake lights were staying on and it was juts a broken switch on the pedal. Hoss identified 2 grounds related to the immobilizer that we think could possibly be causing the no start issue but we ran out of daylight. I really think it is going to be something simple, everything works it just doesn't crank and you get a flashing security light.

This means it will not be simple and will require weeks of work.

Hoss...if you are looking to get rid of it let me know...I might be in the market.

On another note...the RX Club of Houston is looking into doing a meet / Dyno day out in Sealy. I know it would be about a 2 hour drive for most of you guys but when I get more details I will post them up. From what I hear it is a REALLY nice load bearing Dyno and we will have it for the whole day. I think we are shooting for 2nd weekend in November.

We are going to all pitch in for the cost and also going to try to get Kane down for some tuning.

I doubt it, the ECU is not disabling the immobilizer so I am guessing it would not run. But it may be worth a try, what the hell.
