i told the dealer to wait
-fixed coolant leaks
-rewired push start button that guy disconnected
-got new starter
it has run 3 times and took about 15 minutes of cranking to do it
it ran for about 10-15 minutes would slowly die
i think its possible the gas is bad since it sat 6 months
and other ideas?

You probably have a few problems... typically you're supposed to change out most the fluids if it's going to sit out that long. The gas would have been fine had a stabilizer been added. I dont know how time will affect all the fluids, but I'd imagine that the oil has been affected as well.
Describe the way it runs a bit more in depth. Does it consistently run about the same length of time? If it runs consistently about 10 minutes each time you get it started, I can't see why the fuel would suddenly be causing a problem. While it's running, does it idle well? Any irregular RPM changes? Any odd sounds you've noticed?
Any more details on the starting?

Siphon the gas, fill up with a couple of gallons of clean gas and water remover.
1. Plugs new?
2. Coils new?
3. Wires new?
4. firing order verified?
5. both vacuum nipples on lower intake manifold?
6. Any check engine lights? If so, codes?

Well, I PM'd a guy that said he could look up my VIN to figure out numbers that the insurance company should be working with. From what he's saying, they should be using the wholesale value of the car to determine the point at which it's a total. The value my car had in his system was just shy of $10k for that. So that puts my total point at just shy of $8k if he's correct.
The retail value is what is around the highest that I'll be looking at receiving if it is totaled. The value for that on my car was just above $12k, which is right about where I would hope it to be. Of course that wont be my first offer, but if I could get it into range, that would be great.
Hoss called dibs on the sways, but I need to go to the shop to get a quick look at them to make sure the rear bar isn't damaged. They didn't list it in the repair list, but I still want to make sure.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Have you tried the to reset the PCM? Brake pump reset? Is the battery new? Can you verify voltage while running? When my alternator was malfunctioning my car was doing all kinds of weird things due to the low voltage.

Okay, next, did you check ALL of the vacuum hoes VIA a diagram? All it takes is one little missed hose. I would siphon the gas and refill with clean gas. You may want to consider removing the pump as well just to make sure teh sock is not clogged or something. I have an extra fuel pump assembly I will sell for cheap.

I got a message my inbox was full at my old Honda board (haven't been on there in years) and I came accross this pic. I miss the old girl best (and fastest) car I have ever owned. She was 10+ years old when I sold her and she looked like she did on the showroom floor (minus drop and rims of course).

Those have to be ridiculously expensive.
I found an S4 that's about as perfect as it could get... now I just need to hear from the insurance company.
This site is incredibly useful... definitely need a site like this for the 8:
