Its your APV, its more the fact that you have a **** ton more air coming in due to how much larger the ports are compared to stock.

right so if I am going rich prior to the APV then when the APV opens it will lean out. I am going to finish my bank 2 & 3 today and if I get frisky I will pull my UIM and swap the solenoids that are on low circuit
Harris Hill Dyno Numbers
Heres mynumbers from the Dyno..They ran mine off of speed and not the RPMS, the needle would not stop jumping. Definately taking it to JMS Racing to put her on their DYNO and see what the differences are..

Here's my graph from the dyno day at JMS Racing yesterday. I think with a change of plugs, wires, and coils it can pick up a few ponies. They haven't been changed since I got the car.
