The Official "SPOTTED/I saw you" Thread

I see you everyday, you live on the east side of Bering. I've seen you pull out a couple of times after I pick up a girl I work with in Bering Oaks. That's got to narrow it down. You're bound to be on this site!

BB w/ appearance package and racing beat exhaust. Also have RP supercat and RB intake. That should be the only thing noticeable from sound/visuals. I'm back in san antonio for the summer semester and I'll be in the woodlands again early/mid august. Might see you around!

I drove to Austin and back on Friday.
Saw 3 RX-8's and an RX-7.
They were all going the other way on the highway, so I never got a chance to see any mods. All I remember is the order:
White RX8
Red RX8
Gray RX7 fc
White RX8
Anyone from austin want to claim these? They were all spotted about 45-90 minutes east of Downtown Austin

btw 1/2, if I'm in town sometime we should meet up so you can hear my exhaust (since you're looking at exhausts kinda in your thread in discussion section). RB with supercat. supercat might make it a bit loud for your taste but RB should suit your taste I would think (from your description)

Was on Old Spanish Trail at the intersection of Greenbriar in Houston, looked in my review mirror and saw a very beautiful BB 8. he turned off to the right and I kept going straight.

there's like 4-5 Rx8's at work now, blue with moptegi dpk's, black with chrome somethings, red with 16's I think, and a grey as well, not counting mine and a blue i know the owner of...wonder how hard it'd be to get everyone together for lunch or something?

I'm in a WB.
I also saw a beautiful TiGray, red rx8club sticker on the back window (driver's side) on silver/polished wheels, dropped it seemed, driving North on 45 right after the 288, I believe took the I-10 east exit.

Not that it seems like anyone from OK ever checks the forum anymore.

until the day I die
I was in West Texas for a wedding this past weekend. On my drive (in a rented Mazda 5, not my 8, unfortunately) from Dallas to Lubbock, where I stayed, I saw a few 8s:
Fri, 19th about 2 PM, saw a nice yellow with tints on I-20 near Cisco
about 3 PM, saw a silver with skirts near Abilene, again on I-20
Sat, 20th about 6: a red passing "On the Border" while we were waiting for our table; as I was pointing you out to my friends saying ,"Look, there's my car, but mine's a blue!" the lady pasenger noticed I was ponting & seemed to laugh about it to the driver. I was going to run over & show you my RX8 Dark Side shirt that I was wearing but my Texas friends kept me restrained!
Any of you guys or gals post here?

Any of you guys live near Marilee Ln in Houston off of Westhiemer? I see 2 8's there, one VR and one WB with Mazda Speed bumpers and sides.
On another note, do any of you guys on the forum think that double clutching is cheesy since you have to rev the engine in neutral during a down shift? I think it tends to stir some attention for a red light drag race with some of the faster cars, which I don't wanna do. I do it because I heard it keeps your tranny alive longer and is less jerky.

That's not a bad idea, I think I might start doing that
Just make little cards that say "www.rx8club.com - Because being better than everyone else is a team effort." and then leave them under the windshields of parked RX-8's.
Gotta love saturn and his notorious quotes
