Well, If you want to get together Sunday, email me at josef-britt@ouhsc.edu so I can take a list down of everyone who wants to come and so I know how much food to buy. Tell you 8 driving friends... or even some of you other vehicular buddies about it and lets get it going. The last time we did something it ended up being only me and Jantzen. If no one emails me then I will know not to buy food.

Also, if you know contact info for people in the club, give them a call and let them know. If they can then make it, have the send me an email.

OK, so no one called for todays event, so, it didnt happen. Alice and I have decided to schedule another event for next saturday. The two venues we are deciding between are Hefner Lake and Mitch Park in Edmond. I would like to make this a big meet, so if we need to delay it a couple of weeks to allow people more time to plan, we can. Let me know what you guys think. We havent done anything in a while so I figure we should do something BIG. Holla back and toss out some ideas.

 

ok just like jbritt said were planning a meet, im bring a pull behind smoker so we can cook out, and if anyone knows any good parts maybe i can go scout some out, but yes we would like a big meet ill bring most of the stuff to eat, i can bring the pattys for burgers, maybe some one else can bring chips and then some one else bring pop. lets get this thing rolling

 

hefner seems like a nice place, I'll keep my eye out for another place tho.

and I'll txt one of my 8 buddies who isn't in the forum, and see if he wants to go.

I can't this Saturday, but hopefully there will be another meet. Maybe create a new thread just for the meet so more people will see it.

I would love to come but I will be at the lake this weekend... Maybe another one next month?

 

Sunday is no good either. Next month should be better for me.

 

Well jbritt would u want to do it next month we could do it on the 14 or 15th? thats my birthday weekend so if we do it everyone better come lol

well guys got my news on the airforce i got the job i wanted of air traffic controller and i leave dec 9th from what i hear its a high stress job but i can handle it

Looks like you guys have the ball rolling since I ditched my 8 and went back to the 7. One of these days we should get the 7's and 8's together. I post a pic of the old drive for fun.

man it sucks so muchi had to miss. I had to go up and help her clean a building b/c she was sick. Ltm, she called me at 8:30am right as I was walking out the door.

Sweet rides rotary inspired id love for the 7s to come as well meets are always fun thing to do and looks like u have some sweet rides! Is that an extra pair of wheels i see there? and another engine?

I'll try to make it out the 19th if possible. Yeah I am building a motor for the CYM FD. The rest are all mine. I posted pics of a renny I redid a few months ago on here. There are several FD fellows around here and we should get together w/ you guys. I had a couple track days in 07 did you ever get to make it out?

 

I'm going to try to come to OKC for the meet on the 19th. I should have my car back then.
