Premixing in Houston & roadside emmision testing

I am in the process of selling my cars to buy any RX8 and have done enough research but had a Houston specific question.

I drive through roadside emission tests (the truck with lasers and cameras) a few times a month. My impala has no cats, and I normally put the car into neutral, kill the engine, and coast through without problems.

Will putting 2 stroke oil into the tank of an RX8(premixing) make you fail the roadside tests or will I have to continue my "coasting" method if I decide to premix my fuel?

I coast through all of those also. They put them at on ramps so you will be reading higer than normal emissions so they can pop more people. They are nothing but a money grab.

BTW, I've never had a problem in the 8.

I am not currently running cats on my current car, and my cam is sick, so I am sure I am doing more than my part to kill the ozone. Heck, raw gas drips out of my tailpipes from time to time.
