Are Steve Kan, BDC, and the crew from Rotary Performance all going to be there?

When planning first started, BDC and RP were going to show. I'm currently waiting on confirmation regarding them. I saw Steve Saturday but I haven't talked to him about it. I'll try to stop by the shop and see if he and his crew have plans.

Awesome.

Klar - A couple people from Corpus Christi are planning on meeting up with some folks from San Antonio and head up together. I told them you were leading a caravan from that area and gave them your email if they wanted to coordinate their efforts with yours.

DON'T FORGET TO BUY YOUR T-SHIRT!!! The cut-off date has not been decided, but it must be soon in order to have the shirts ready in time for the BBQ. You don't want to be the only one without a t-shirt, do you? Click on my signature to order yours today!!!

Volunteers Needed

To All Local Owners:

I need a couple volunteers to help set up in the morning and greet everyone as they arrive. Nothing difficult - pass out voting ballots & raffle tickets, direct cars towards parking lots, pass out car numbers... but the "greeters" will be busy in the morning for a while as the majority of people arrive. We'll get together a couple days before the BBQ so I can explain the specifics. Any takers?

Yes, you would get a prime parking spot. :D

Volunteers would need to show up at 9. Everything kicks off at 11 but I know for a fact that people will be early....

No idea what time I'll get there. Driving nearly 4 hours. Also doing it back the other way later the same day! I don't want to leave at 5:30 am. Might leave at 7 though and get there around 11.
